This Christmas, from 29th November - 6th January, Central London’s Elephant & Castle will feature an unforgettable experience – offering bumper cars on ice, street food, live DJs and much more for all the family to enjoy.
Castle Square in Elephant & Castle is hosting its very own ice-skating experience. Visitors and locals can show off their ice-skating skills on the 10mx10m rink, as well as partaking in London’s only location for bumper cars on ice.
Festive food and drink will be available, and visitors can unwind after a fun time on the rink, whilst listening to the beats created by live DJs. There will also be a whole host of exciting events, including festive film screenings and themed skate nights. This location really is promising the whole festive experience!

GENERAL
The Management reserves the right to refuse admission to the ice rink and/or the venue and shall be entitled to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of all visitors.
The Management shall be entitled to request visitors to leave the venue at any time. The Management shall be entitled to remove anyone from the venue who is under the influence of drugs or alcohol or who, in the reasonable opinion of the Management, is conducting themselves in a manner inappropriate to their continued attendance.
Smoking, including E cigarettes, is not permitted within the ice rink or changing facilities. No food should be consumed whilst on the ice rink.
The Management reserves the right to close the ice rink at short notice and without prior warning if necessary and the Management’s decision is final.
By entering the site visitors consent to being photographed, filmed or recorded as visitors of the ice rink, and consent to such photographs, films or recordings being used by the Management to publicise the event in the future.
TICKETS
Children under the age of 4 are not permitted on the ice, children 12 and under must be accompanied on the ice by a parent or guardian over the age of 16 in the interests of safety.
Admission to the Ice Rink is by ticket only. All skaters must have a ticket. All tickets are issued subject to these rules and regulations.
Tickets cannot be resold, exchanged, refunded or transferred. To do so or to alter or deface any ticket will render it void. It is the patron's responsibility to check his or her tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified. The Management will not be responsible for any tickets which are lost or stolen.
The ticket holder has a right only to a session of the value corresponding to that stated on the ticket.
Tickets are priced per 30-minute, specifically timed session and include skate hire. Please arrive at least 20 minutes before your skating session. During peak periods (Monday to Friday after 5.00pm and all day Saturday & Sunday), ticket holders should aim to arrive up to 30 minutes prior to their selected session due to increased numbers.
Each session is 30 minutes long, from the session start time. You will be allowed entry after the session has started but you will have less time on the Ice. Ticket holders will not be permitted to continue skating once their allocated session is over.
SKATE AIDS
Please note: Elephant & Castle Ice Rink is obliged to limit the number (3) of Skate Aids on the Ice. As a result, Skate Aids cannot be booked in advance and are only available, on a first come, first served basis. We thank you for your understanding.
REFUNDS
In the event any session is cancelled or curtailed, ticket holders will be offered an alternative session (subject to availability). This is an outdoor event and no refunds or exchanges will be given due to inclement weather. In the unlikely event that the ice rink manager deems it necessary to close the rink, alternative sessions will be offered subject to availability. If you have been removed from the ice rink or venue for inappropriate behaviour, you will not be offered a refund and will not be offered an alternative session.
RISK
Participating in Ice skating carries an inherent risk, any participation is totally at the users own risk. Anyone with any medical conditions, serious previous injuries, recently broken bones, knee or joint problems, head injuries, pregnancy, mobility problems, or taking prescribed drugs should carefully consider whether it is safe for them to participate without endangering themselves or other participants whilst skating. The Management shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damage however caused, except for personal injury caused by negligence on behalf of the Management.
The Management accepts no responsibility for any personal property left at the rink or in the lockers.
In the event of any conflict between these terms and conditions and the terms and conditions imposed by any ticket agency, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
