Throughout the evening, you will be immersed in a rich and evolving live soundscape featuring:

š Singing bowls

Christian combines these instruments with conscious breathing practices, creating an immersive experience that invites you to relax, turn inward and simply be present.
Sound and breath have been used across cultures for generations in meditation, ritual, wellbeing and self-exploration. During the journey, you may experience periods of deep relaxation, stillness, introspection and renewed awareness.
No previous experience is necessary. Whether you're completely new to sound journeys or already have an established meditation or wellbeing practice, you're welcome.

The church setting provides a beautiful and atmospheric space in which to experience the sound journey.
Please arrive in good time. To preserve the integrity of the experience, the doors will close once the session begins and late arrivals cannot be accommodated.
Please also allow up to 15 minutes additional time, as the closing portion of the journey may vary slightly.
šŖ Seating & Lying Down
Most of the Sound Journey will be experienced seated in the beautiful church pews at St Botolph without, Bishopsgate.
There will be a limited number of spaces available for lying down, and these will be offered as a specific ticket option when booking. When purchasing your ticket, simply select the option that best suits you ā seated or lying down.
If you choose a lying-down ticket, please bring your own yoga mat or comfortable padding, blanket and cushion/pillow to make yourself as comfortable as possible.
All spaces are limited, so please select your preferred seating option when booking.

To get the most from your experience:
š½ļø Eat a light meal beforehand
š§ Stay well hydrated
š Wear comfortable clothing
šµ Give yourself permission to switch off and disconnect for the evening

Christian Dimarco is a multi-instrumentalist and Sound Journey facilitator who has been guiding immersive sound journeys, meditations and workshops for over a decade.
Drawing from years of research and personal practice with sound, Christian creates experiential spaces that invite participants into deeper states of relaxation, awareness and presence.
His music is deeply influenced by world traditions and contemplative practices, with soundscapes inspired by meditation, the rhythms of nature and the diverse musical cultures of the world.
Whether performing on stage or holding space in an intimate setting, Christian brings together ancient sound traditions and contemporary musical expression to create immersive experiences that encourage people to listen deeply, breathe consciously and simply be.

1. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior, during or after the event. The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants, DesignMyNight (WFL Media Ltd) and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.
2. Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue.
3. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
refused entry to or ejected from the venue.

11. The promoter, venue management and DesignMyNight accept no responsibility for any personal property.
