Cincinnati Chilibomb, London’s – indeed Europe’s - one and only chili parlour, invites you to a totally immersive and unique chili tasting experience. You will become privvy to the little-known, fascinating history of how the Chili Queens of San Antonio, Texas created this famous dish; you’ll learn about the chili parlours of Cincinnati; and you’ll receive a tutored tasting of six vodka chili shots of graded increased heat levels, alongside a three course menu, which includes the signature Cincinnati Chilibomb and a rack of four different chili oils.

What to expect. The experience is a tutored vodka chili shot tasting of 6 different chili vodkas of graded exposure to increased heat, finishing with Carolina Reaper, the hottest naturally occurring chili. You will enjoy a pairing of delicious, homemade starters, mains and desserts during the chili shot tasting. Any additional drinks (beer, wine, spirits etc) can be purchased and served to your table.
The Chili Vodkas
From mildest to hottest
The Holy Trinity- Ancho/Mulato/Pasilla the basis of all Mexican cuisine - mild, smoky and uncanny resemblance to cold, smoky raspberry tea.
Jalapeno - a mild, well-known chili.
Scotch Bonnet – a fragrant, mild chili
Bird’s Eye – a biting, citrus chili commonly used in oriental cuisine to add heat.
Habenero – HOT, slightly smoky ,and you can feel that heat all the way down from your saliva glands to your sacrum!
Carolina Reaper - HOT, HOT! and it gives you an endorphine kick, once the burning and sweats have stopped!
Customers will be invited to “circle back” once they have hit their heat threshold and can choose if they wish to return to their shot of choice.
The Holy Trinity will be served before the starters come out, Jalapeno during starters, Scotch Bonnet after starters, Bird’s Eye with main course, Habenero at the end of mains, Carolina Reaper with desserts.

The chili dishes
All chili dishes will be served meat, vegetarian or vegan. They are all served with fries and our rack of chili oils.
The Chilibomb is our signature dish – a mild aromatic, beanless i.e. Cincinnati style chili, baked in a bread bomb with white onions and cheese.
The Coney/hotdog with Cincinnati chili cheese and onion.
The Bowl - just a bowl of chili baked with cheese and onion.

T&Cs
1. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior, during or after the event. The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants, DesignMyNight (WFL Media Ltd) and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.
2. Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue.
3. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
