Slideatron at Wembley Park

Slideatron Conditions Of Use
Produce UK treats the health and safety and security of all guests as a priority and want to ensure that Slideatron on the Event Pad at Wembley Park is a place of fun for everyone. All guests must follow and adhere to the following rules and regulations, any refusal to cooperate with information and instruction provided by either staff or security or abusive/aggressive behaviour will result in immediate ejection from Slideatron and the Event Pad area.
General Conditions
1. Any persons deemed drunken and disorderly or unsuitable will be refused entry to the Event Pad and Slideatron
2. Abusive / Aggressive behaviour will result in ejection from Slideatron and the Event Pad
3. Any misuse of event infrastructure or fixed infrastructure and/or Slideatron elements will result in immediate ejection from the Event Pad
4. Persons using any and all Event infrastructure or any and all activations must comply with any and all safety information and instructions provided by staff and/or security. Any non-compliance or breaches will result in ejection from the Event Pad
5. Persons are not permitted to climb on any of the Event and or Fixed infrastructure or fabric. Any and all breaches will result in ejection form the Event Pad
6. Smoking is prohibited on Slideatron. Smoking must be in the designated smoking area(s) of Wembley Park
7. Produce UK or any of their subsidiary companies does not take any liability for any personal items, belongings or lost property.
8. The standard Wembley Park protocol will be followed with regards to lost children
9. Only alcohol purchased from one of the concessions on the Event Pad site may be consumed within the site. Any person found with alcohol in their possession which has not been purchased on site will be removed from the person and/or Event Pad by Wembley Park security

Slideatron Conditions
1. Only persons with a ticket will be permitted entry to Slideatron.
2. Any persons deemed drunken and disorderly or unsuitable will not be permitted entry to Slideatron at the discretion of Produce UK and Wembley Park security
3. Abusive / Aggressive behaviour will result in immediate ejection from the Slideatron
4. The minimum age of a child permitted to enter Slideatron, without a parent or guardian, is 10 years of age and is at the discretion of the onsite event staff, PACE security and Produce UK
5. Children between 4 and 9 years must always be accompanied by a parent or guardian to enter the Slideatron. This parent or guardian is fully responsible for the child. Any child between 5 and 9 years without a suitable parent or guardian will be refused entry at the discretion of Produce UK and Wembley Park security
6. All rides on the slide are at the discretion of the onsite event staff, security and Produce UK.
7. Children under the age of 4 years are not permitted to enter Slideatron
8. Height restrictions will be at the discretion of Produce UK. If the height of the child is not deemed to be suitable then entry will be refused
9. Any misuse of infrastructure and/or slide elements will result in immediate ejection from Slideatron
10. Persons entering Slideatron must comply with any and all safety information and instructions provided by staff and/or security. Any non-compliance or breaches will result in ejection from Slideatron
11. Food and drink is not permitted onto Slideatron
12. Smoking is prohibited within the Slideatron structure
13. Only guide dogs will be permitted into the Slideatron structure and the guide dogs will not be permitted to use the slide. No other dogs or animals are permitted.
14. Accompanied wheelchair users are permitted on Slideatron with the aid of and use of an S-Max Sella stair climber which is located in Slideatron. To use these facilities individuals will need to be able to transfer themselves [HC1] from the wheelchair to sitting on the slide unaided. Disabled access must be pre-booked with a minimum of 24hrs notice. Please note that each wheelchair user will require a minimum of two carers (one to accompany to the slide and one to meet at the bottom of the slide).
15. Persons(s) are not permitted to climb on any of the infrastructure or fabric of Slideatron. Any and all breaches will result in immediate ejection from Slideatron and the Event Pad
17. Produce UK or any of their subsidiary companies does not take any liability for theft of any personal items, belongings or lost property.
18. No personal belongings are permitted onto the Slideatron
19. Slideatron has capacity to offer a slide for people with access needs, however to ensure the quality of experience is of a high standard, slots are limited per day. Bookings must be made with 24 hour notice and can be secured by visiting: www.slideatron.co.uk.
Right of refusal
We reserve the right to deny entry into Slideatron and or any other parts of the Event to any person for any reason deemed appropriate by us, including but not limited to any breach of these General Conditions and any conduct that we consider would offend or disturb other persons on the Slideatron structure or within the Event Site or endanger or be liable to endanger any and all activation(s) and/or the fabric of Slideatron and or the Event Site or be otherwise undesirable (but not a reason prohibited by law).
