Sharky and George are bringing their grotto TO CHELSEA THIS FESTIVE SEASON AND WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO JOIN US!
Following the incredible success of last year's event Sharky & George are excited to announce that we are back and this year partnering with Cadogan to bring you the best grotto in town!
Based in the heart of Chelsea on Pavilion Road, this will be a very personal and friendly experience. Children will be welcomed by our awesome S&G team before being whisked off to the Winter Wonderland for an hour long party of epic Christmas games and crafts in a truly beautiful and magical grotto.
Once in the grotto, there will be:
Non-stop Christmas games.
Creative stations.
Cosy story reading and one-to-one time with Father Christmas.
Sneaky personalised Father Christmas knowledge, pre-arranged with you so he refers to last year's presents and your children's teacher's name!
As many photos as you like (remember your camera).
A present.
Christmas is our favourite time of year, and we cannot wait to open up the doors to the most magical world we've ever created. On each full day we'll also be running a special "My First Grotto" session for under two year olds at 10am, this is an interactive, musical and sensory experience. Please do book online as soon as possible if you'd like tickets...they're already selling fast!
An optional donation of £1 will be added to every ticket sale, which will go towards the K&C Foundation, an independent charity dedicated to bringing together people across the Borough to overcome hardship and exclusion.
Tickets are £27.50 per child per 1 hour party.
Exclusive grotto hire is also an option from £600.00 per hour (for up to 20 children) - please email grotto@sharkyandgeorge.co.uk for more information.
The grotto will be open for full days on the 23rd/24th/29th/30th November 1st/6th/7th/8th/13th/14th/15th/16th/17th/18th/19th/20th/21st/22nd/23rd December
and afternoons of 9th/10th/11th/12th Decmeber
Pre school sessions (for those aged 2-4) will run at the following times:
11am on 29th November and 1st/6th/13th/14th/19th/22nd December
2pm on 24th November, 9th/10th/12th and 20th December
3pm on 12th and 23rd December
4pm on 15th December
My First Grotto (for those aged under 2) will run at 10am on each day.
How will the party sessions run?
We are running seven sessions per day with the first session of the day being a 'My first grotto experience' for little under 2 year olds and a number of preschool sessions for 2-4 year olds.
For the 'my first grotto' sessions adults will need to stay with the children due to the nature of the activities. At the remaining sessions adults will be encouraged to drop the children off for the first half of the party session, (those with children under 4 may wish to stay). The children will then be whisked off into a Winter Wonderland for lots of epic S&G Christmas games. During this time you will be able to grab a drink and/or food from local shops on Pavilion Road. For the second half of the party you will be invited into Santa's workshop to join the party and watch your children as they each have a magical experience with Father Christmas. You are more than welcome to take photographs.
Please note: Any children under the age of 18 months are more than welcome to be brought into sessions 2 to 7 for the photo opportunities, with another paying child, free of charge (however they will not be able to participate in the crafts or receive a gift).

What's the refund policy?
In the event that you are unable/fail to attend, we regret that under no circumstances will tickets be refunded. However, should you wish to change the guest details we are happy to amend the booking with a minimum of 72hrs notice.
How many children are allowed per session?
A maximum of 18 children will be participating per session.
What age is it for?
The 'little grotto' sessions are suitable for children up to 2 years old. The rest of the sessions are suitable for children ages 2-11. There are also some preschool sessions dotted throughout the month for 2-4 year olds. You are able to bring a child up to 18 months in for the second half of any of these sessions for a photo without needing to buy an additional ticket.
What happens if my child has allergies/dietary requirements?

What is the cancellation policy?

Is the event accessible for mixed abilities?
The venue is accessible for all however the sessions do include 30 minutes of active Sharky & George games.
Are there toilet and baby changing facilities on site?
There are no toilet facilities on site but there are in neighbouring establishments. We will be providing baby changing facilities.
Do I need to buy adult tickets or just children's ones?
You just need to purchase tickets for children.

It is the parent’s responsibility to inform us at the time of booking of any dietary requirements or disabilities and we will ensure they are accommodated for.
Photography
There will not be a professional photographer at the S&G Christmas Grotto. You are very welcome to bring your own camera, and take as many photos as you wish of your special memories. Please note that any photos taken must only be for personal use only and not for commercial use. There is no filming allowed inside the Father Christmas experience.
Running Order
We reserve the right to change the order of events during any S&G Christmas Grotto visit. Whilst we will always provide a fun range of creative and imaginative activities for children, we reserve the right to vary the range of activities, according to any unforeseen circumstances. We provide a fun generic gift bag that is suitable for ages 2-11 years. We will not be providing any gift exchanges as an alternative or any cash vouchers. S&G Christmas Grotto is a group experience with up to 18 children. Each child will be able to experience one-on-one time with Father Christmas.
Cancellation
Due to unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to postpone or cancel a S&G Christmas Grotto. In the unlikely event of postponement or cancellation, we will not be liable for any travel costs or other losses incurred, although the cost of the tickets will be re-imbursed. In the event that you are unable/fail to attend, we regret that under no circumstances will tickets be refunded. However, should you wish to change the guest details we are happy to amend the booking with a minimum of 72hrs notice.
