BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND, IN TIME FOR THE FESTIVE SEASON!

**LOCATION ** Merchant House is located on Well Court just round the corner from The Golden Fleece pub on Queen St. Tucked away behind the pub it sits on a little alleyway with Bow Lane at the opposite end.

Enrol in the Fever-Tree Gin School and you’ll learn two very important lessons: which gin best pleases your palette, and which Fever-Tree mixer brings that gin to life. You see, as a member of the Class of 2017 you’ll be invited to channel your inner gin distiller to create a liquid that’s totally unique and utterly delicious to you. You’ll then be allowed to take it home, making the small matter of homework a lot more fun too.

Set in the heart of central London, the Fever-Tree Gin School is back for another 6 weeks after a sell-out Summer, and with some of the best teachers in the business guiding the way, classrooms (and high-ball glasses) are sure to fill up fast (yet again).

Included in your ticket:

  • G&T on arrival.
  • Guided gin tasting and blending experience.
  • Your very own uniquely blended gin to take away (500ml bottle)
  • Complimentary gin goodies including your favourite Fever-Tree mixers.

We Graduated from Fever-Tree's Gin School

Fever-Tree's gin school is back for winter 2017 and is teaching you how to knock up the best gin and tonic you've ever had. According to the old world wide web, it only takes one hour to learn how to learn the fundamentals of Google Docs, how to...

I took my mum as a birthday surprise and it went down a treat (much like the gin!) So informative and loved the goody bag at the end! The guys running it were fantastic and now I know how to make a banging G&T. Thoroughly recommend. Visited Merchant House of Bow Lane on 2017-12-13

Attended this gin class on Monday 4th December and had a lot of fun! The guys were very knowledgeable giving advice on which tonic suited which gin and the surroundings were superb! Mixing and taking home my own bottle of blended gin was perfect! The recommendations regarding where to eat we’re also spot on! Thanks guys for a great evening xx Visited Merchant House of Bow Lane on 2017-12-04

This was a perfect experience and a real treat. My best friend Chloe and I enjoyed the chance to taste the different tonics and gins before getting the chance to blend our own. The guys were knowledgeable and friendly and created a brilliant atmosphere. The goody bag alone was worth the price of admission! Would recommend :-) Visited Merchant House of Bow Lane on 2017-12-02

Had a really good time with the gin school, an hour was the perfect amount of time to whizz through the history, learn more about flavours and make our own gin.

Fantastic class, great venue, very interesting talk, run by knowledgeable nice people - learned a lot. A premium experience with a great goody bag! Highly recommend. Feel it was good value for money as originally thought it was a bit expensive but having done the class it was worth every penny. Visited Merchant House of Bow Lane on 2017-11-13

Max and Conor provided an amazing evening for us. Really informative on the different tonics and Gins but the extra special piece is being able to design your own gin and take home a bottle of your own creation. Really special experience much more than just tasting highly recommend

Hi We would definitely recommend this event, if & when it takes place again. Nice sized group of 10 learned much about gin history and styles, plus how different types of tonic work with the various styles. Blending and making our own gin to take away, was a real highlight. It seemed a perfect way for my husband and I to celebrate 30 years of marriage together - it was nice to share in others' celebrations too. A great event all round. My only suggestion would be to change the venue - a bit cold depending on where people sat in the room, and noisy just outside the room. Thanks to Conor and Max, and all the team. Awesome experience. The team running it were very knowledgeable and it was a nice intimate little group. It was very good value, especially with taking a bottle of my own blended gin home! Visited Merchant House of Bow Lane on 2017-09-01

Totally exceeded my expectations. Every minute, from stepping into the very impressive school room, to leaving with a goodie bag and my own bottle of personally blended gin, was fantastic. Warm and knowledgable hosts, ample time to sample tonics and gin ingredients, and a beautiful, well presented room. Totally recommend and definitely worth the money. Absolutely loved it! The location was great, the guys that ran the course were lovely & so enthusiastic about gin & the Fevertree product! Would definitely recommend doing this course as an introduction to gin, & with no better tonic around than Fevertree, its a must for all Gin lovers! Thankyou Fevertree for all the lovely goodies! Honestly had one of the greatest evenings at Fever Tree Gin School. Learnt so much, and had so much fun. If you're looking for a great idea for date night with a loved one, look no further! Definitely looking into even doing the longer version! Told my friends about this event, and they're looking into booking their own evening here! Visited Merchant House of Bow Lane on 2017-09-08

Brilliant evening, with excellent presentations by Charlie from Fever-Tree and Connor from Ginstitute, they were very professional. Great fun but a bit of a rush to complete the blending process within the timescale. Perhaps less tasting and quicker mixing. Would thoroughly recommend if any spaces left on current schedule or if course was repeated in the future. Visited Merchant House of Bow Lane on 2017-09-07

We travelled from Northampton for this, 1 hour Gin class and we're so glad we did! Excellent value for money, really friendly, helpful tutors, lovely venue (room was a little cold!). Can't recommend this enough and defiantly confirmed I want to do the Portobello Rd course! Lots of fever tree products to taste and a great goodie bags to come home with, not to mention our own, unique 1/2 litre of gin!! Excellent little outing!! Charlie from Fever Tree and the other guys were great but there was nowhere near enough time to do the session justice and the venue was hopeless. Music far too loud to hear and my wife and I sat under an air conditioning vent so we froze. Visited Merchant House of Bow Lane on 2017-09-01

Hey Mark, thanks for your review. We've now moved venue so the music and air conditioning will no longer be a problem.

Tremendous fun! Lovely guys, enthusiastic and hugely knowledgeable about both gin and Fever-Tree. And then we got to design and blend our own gin creation, bottle it, label it and take it home. A really classy production and we loved every minute - many thanks! Lesley Visited Merchant House of Bow Lane on 2017-08-24

It was cleverly and professionally presented. The only negative was the combination of the loud music just outside the door and the naturally soft-spoken second presenter made his presentation very difficult to hear. Visited Merchant House of Bow Lane on 2017-08-24

Creating your own gin was great but the room the class was set in wasn't sound proof enough so it was quite hard to hear what the people were saying so that's why I'm only putting 3 stars but overall quite good Visited Merchant House of Bow Lane on 2017-08-23

Excellent event; great fun tasting the tonics and mixing my own gin. Hosts were knowledgeable and friendly. Great goodie bag. It would have been 5 stars but the bar was very noisy and we struggled to hear in the room that was being used for the event Visited Merchant House of Bow Lane on 2017-08-23

I am sitting in San Luis Obispo, Ca right now drinking a G & T, your T, Tarquin's G and wishing I knew more about both. As others have said please take your classes on the road (to California). We do have spectacular limes.

As much as I would love to attend, that's an awful long flight from San Diego! Please let us know if you are ever in Southern California - this would be a fantastic event.
