Work Me Shape Me organises workout and social events every week, taking you to explore a different boutique fitness studios and restaurants so you can look forward to a fun morning filled with movement, deliciousness, and chats as you work out, meet new people and indulge together. It is on a mission to promote a balanced lifestyle and help improve mental wellbeing, by making working-out more fun and social, and less daunting and lonely! Feeling unmotivated to workout or are you doing Dry January or Veganuary? Don't do this alone! Our January events include a work out, plus a no alcohol social event as part of Dry January to promote mindful drinking and have a choice of vegan and vegetarian options.
We'll first sweat it out at a Boxing and HIIT class at Victus Soul before we refresh and head to Bubala for lunch in our own private dining room. You'll get the opportunity to chat, mingle and enjoy freshly cooked laffa flatbread and their delicious dips before feasting on Middle Eastern-inspired vegan and vegetarian sharing plates. Bubala has been recommended as one of the top vegan and vegetarian restaurants in London, including by CNT Traveller, The Guardian and Tatler.

The schedule will be as follows:
- 11:45 AM - 12:10 PM - Arrive at Victus Soul
- 12:20 PM - 1:10 PM - HIIT & Boxing Class
- 1:10PM - 2PM - Refresh and Walk to Bubala
- 2PM - 3:30PM - Lunch

Vanessa started these events with the idea of building a community of like-minded people interested in keeping active, trying new experiences, and connecting with new people . An advocate for practicing a balanced lifestyle, she wanted to make working out more fun and less lonely. Every Work Me Shape Me event takes place at a different location, with a different boutique fitness studio for a different work out and different social event after that ranges from brunch, dinner to drinks. Let's move, connect and indulge together!
T&Cs
1. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior, during or after the event. The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants, DesignMyNight (WFL Media Ltd) and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.
2. Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue.
3. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. Refunds and Cancellations - Booking fees are non-refundable. We can offer a refund on the ticket if attendees inform us 5 days before the event. If attendees inform us 72 hours before the event, we are happy for them to use their ticket for a future event, provided it is the same value or they can pay the difference. Cancellations within 24hours of the event will not be able to refund or transfer the ticket to a future event. In the event we have to cancel or reschedule an event to comply with government rules and for your health & safety - you have the option to get a refund or transfer the ticket to a future event. Booking fees are non-refundable.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
10. The venue may operate a No Smoking Policy.
11. The promoter, venue management and DesignMyNight accept no responsibility for any personal property.
12. The event listed on the purchased ticket is strictly for ticket holders who are over 18 years of age. Identification may be required.
