The daily grind can be relentless, but Christmas shouldn’t be. It’s Christmas after all! Pepsi invites you to ditch the dull to-dos, press pause on the pressure, and step straight into seasonal enjoyment at the Pepsi MAX Put It On Ice Bar from the 11-13th December, 12-9PM each day!
The Put It On Ice Bar: guests will be served our chillingly delicious Pepsi MAX cocktails and mocktails; The Glacier Zest, The Polar Frost and The Honey Honey Fizz!
Pepsi Pong: those looking to master their Christmas competitiveness can go head-to-head in a game of Pepsi Pong for the chance to win exclusive festive merchandise.
Photo Wall: visitors will also be able to head to the ice wall to capture cold content for their feeds.
Each session lasts a total of 45 minutes, which includes time to kit up, enjoy the bar experience, collect prizes, de-kit and choose your photos.
- Please arrive at the time stated on your ticket to drop off your belongings and get kitted up. If you are more than 5 minutes late, your slot may be forfeited.
- Because of the low temperature inside the Ice Bar, guests are permitted a maximum of 20 minutes inside per session. Rest assured-this is plenty of time for plenty of fun!

BOOKINGS -
1. Do I have to print my Put it On Ice bar tickets?
No, just give your name and booking number if you have it to hand when checking in.
2. I am not sure what time I’d like to book, is there any way you can squeeze me in?
We do allocate a number of walk ins within each session, but access will be dependent on availability and is on a first come, first served basis which may include a wait time.
3. Can I change or cancel my reservation?
It is possible to reschedule (if there is capacity for the next available slot with the event team) or cancel it if you have booked online with us. Please let us know at least 24 hrs in advance by email Putitonicebar@grandvisual.com
4. What happens if I miss my time slot?
If you are late for your time
slot, we will try to accommodate you on the next one, however, it
will be subject to availability.
5. I did not receive my email confirmation/tickets, how can I retrieve it?
If you did not receive your confirmation email or tickets and it is also not in your Junk/Spam folder, please send an email to Putitonicebar@grandvisual.com please include the following information: date, time and name you used to make the booking.

1. How long can I stay inside the Put It On ice bar?
We predict you’ll be in the front of house and waiting area around 10-15minutes to allow enough time to check in, kit up and leave your belongings. Inside the actual Ice Bar, you can stay up to 20 minutes before coming back out to de-kit, redeem any prizes and collect your belongings.
2. Is there a dress code? Do I have to bring warm clothes?
There is no dress code. We will provide you with an extra coat and gloves before entering the Ice Bar which you can wear over your regular clothes. However, we do not recommend to wear shorts, skirts, dresses or open shoes as it can get pretty cold.
3. Are we allowed to take photos inside the Put it On Ice bar?
Yes, in fact, you are encouraged to take as many photos as you want. Do not forget to tag us when you share them on social media @PEPSIUK! We also take professional photos inside that you can download when leaving.
4. Can we eat inside the bar?
There is no food available at the Put It On Ice Bar, no external food or drink can be bought into the experience. Delicious cocktails and mocktails will of course be served!
5. Is it possible to smoke inside?
Smoking is not permitted inside the experience, including all types of e-cigarettes.
6. Can I get extra drinks inside the Put It On Ice bar?
No, you will only be allocated 1 x drink per person.
7. How cold is it in the Put It On Ice bar?
The temperature may fall as low as -5°C, but the front of house kit up room bar is comfortably warm.
8. Do you serve non-alcoholic drinks?
Yes, we do. Our menu includes both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options.

1. How do I get to the Put It On Ice bar?
Westfield London is easily accessible by Underground, Westfield Square is best accessible from White City Station on the Central Line or the Hammersmith & City Line. Further information can be found on Westfields website - https://www.westfield.com/en/united-kingdom/london/access
2. What are the opening times?
The first session starts at 11.45am with the last at 8.05pm. General open times are 12pm - 9pm
3. Can I bring baggage? Is there Storage?
We will have storage boxes and coat storage where you can leave belongings. You can take smaller bags inside with you if you wish. Please try to avoid bringing oversized bags or suitcases. Each box is 33 x 33 x 33cm in size and will be manned by our Brand Ambassadors in the Front of House.
4. Are children allowed in the Put It On Ice bar?
The Put It On Ice bar is strictly to 18 and older. Valid ID may be required.
5. Is the Put It On Ice bar wheelchair accessible?
Wheelchairs may enter through the main door as we are located on a ground floor (no steps required).
6. Will the warm coat fit me?
We will have a variety of sizes available to ensure they fit everyone.
7. Where can I find my pictures taken at the Put It On Ice bar?
You can find your professional pictures taken from inside the ice bar when you collect your belongings in the Front of House. You can download via QR code, or email, and they will be stored for 1 days before deletion.
8. Is The Put It On Ice bar safe?
The ice bar is considered safe generally, with our provided thermal gear to wear and limiting time inside to 20 minutes as per health and safety guidance. The cold temperatures may not be suitable for everyone, particularly those with certain health conditions. If you are pregnant or have other medical concerns, it is wise to consult a doctor first.

By booking a ticket or attending the Event, guests agree to abide by the following T&Cs.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BOOKING:
1. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior, during or after the event. The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants, DesignMyNight and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.
2. Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue / host.
3. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
4. Entry may be obtained by pre-booking or on a walk-in basis. All sessions are subject to availability, and admission for walk-in guests cannot be guaranteed if sessions are fully booked.
5. Customers are allowed to redeem up to 2x tickets per booking.
6. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set limitations around updating tickets. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
7. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the guests.
8. Guests must not be more than five minutes late for their booking. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed after this time.
9. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase if you are no longer able to make the event.
10. Tickets are subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to exchange tickets.
11. If this ticket is transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable, and the holder may be refused entry to or ejected from the venue. 12. Tickets will be issued immediately to the email address provided during booking once reserved. If you do not receive your ticket within 2 hours of booking, please contact us Putitonicebar@grandvisual.com. We’re sorry but it is not possible to amend your tickets after booking. If you’re unable to attend the booked event and wish to cancel it, please contact us.
13. Special guest talent is subject to change in the case of unforeseen circumstances.
CONDUCT IN THE VENUE:
14. Management reserves the right to refuse entry or ask guests to leave if our conditions of entry are not respected.
15. The venue operates a No Smoking Policy.
16. The promoter, venue management and DesignMyNight accept no responsibility for any personal property.
17. Pepsi MAX’s Put it on Ice Bar will offer refreshments (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) during each session. These will be served in moderation and at the discretion of staff on site.
18. All attendees must be 18 or over. Each venue will adhere to a challenge 25 policy. We regret that we cannot admit entry to any attendee that cannot provide proof of age with a valid form of ID on arrival.
19. A full list of ingredients and allergens will be available on site for all food and drink served on the premises. If you have any food allergies or intolerances, please check with the team before consuming. Please contact event organisers via Putitonicebar@grandvisual.com with any concerns about allergies in advance of attending the event.
20. Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability which may not otherwise be limited or excluded under applicable law.
21. Please be aware that guests are permitted to capture videography and photography within the premises during their visit. Please inform a member of staff if you do not consent to being photographed or filmed.
22. Any professional filming and photography by the promoter will be managed separately and visitors should let a staff member know if they do not want to feature in content from the experience.
LITTLE HELPER’S EXPERIENCE:
24. Guests must have booked a Pepsi MAX’s Put it on Ice Bar session via DesignMyNight on the designated date to be eligible for selection.
25. Winners will be chosen at random using an automated generator prior to the Event.
26. One (1) winner will be selected per session on the designated day. Additional names will be drawn as runners-up to account for no-shows or ineligible participants.
28. Winners will be notified on arrival at the Ice Bar - this will not be communicated in advance.
29. Each winner will receive a Pepsi’s Little Helpers experience, during which our festive brand ambassadors will purchase a Christmas gift on their behalf.
30. Gifts will be purchased using pre-paid retailer vouchers (no cash will be exchanged).
31. The winner will draw a random envelope revealing the participating retailer and voucher amount.
32. There will be 21 x £100 vouchers available to win from the specified retailers, JD, Footlocker, Bershka, HMV, Bath and Body Works and GAME
33. Gifts must align with the retailer’s offer and the allocated voucher value. Winners will choose from a predetermined list of gifts from specified retailers.
34. Voucher amounts and participating retailers are pre-determined by Pepsi MAX and subject to availability.
35. Winners will not receive any change, refunds, or cash alternatives.
36. Gifts are provided “as is,” and Pepsi MAX accepts no responsibility for retailer terms, availability, or subsequent product faults.
37. Winners must remain within the Ice Bar experience area while Pepsi’s Little Helpers carry out the gift purchase.
