Four-courses of Barbadian goodness in an aviation themed bar!! Prepare for take-off, please!
Come on board 'In a Pikkle' airlines and take a flight to Barbados for your Xmas holidays. We are joining forces with the LP bar, for an aviation themed supperclub which will literally leave you flying high!
We won’t give away too much but prepare to have fun with a true in-flight experience!
You will receive a complimentary rum punch as we get you booked on to your first class flight!
The Menu
Pre Flight Entrée:
Salted Cod Balls – lovingly seasoned salted cod deep fried in batter served on wild rocket with a mango and chilli pickle
Jerk Haloumi – Haloumi Cheese Slices spiced up with Chief Pikkle’s secret Jerk seasoning & Garlic and then grilled to create a taste experience unrivalled anywhere
Take-Off Starter:
A choice of pikkles : Chopped Onions & Cucumbers, mixed with Parsley, Celery & Scotch Bonnet Peppers and soaked in fresh lime juice & salt
Blackened Chicken Pikkle
Smoked Mackerel Pikkle
Goats Cheese Pikkle
Served with pureed Sweet Potato Pudding – with hints of cinnamon, nutmeg and star anise
Cruising Main Course:
Bajan Beef Stew – beef chunks cooked a super rich sauce formed from brown sugar molasses – hints of garlic, pepper and curry – dark, decadent and ever so tasty – with the beef soft and succulent
Seafood Gumbo - a gumbo with cod, tilapia, salmon, mussels & prawns – in a sauce combined from tomato, garlic, dill, chives and a host of other lovely little dashes of goodness – thick and belly-filling
Vegetarian Curry – Aubergines, Sweet Potato & Pumpkin chunks slowly cooked in Chief Pikkle’s take on the traditional curry with hints of the East & the West Indies – expect cumin, coriander, jeera, & scotch bonnet peppers to be in the mix – it will be a mild curry with a slight hint of pepper and for the daring – Chief Pikkle will have his home made Hot Curry Pepper Sauce that can be added to push the HEAT up!
With Sides of White Spiced Basmati Rice, Macaroni Cheese and a Mixed Tossed Salad
Final Approach Dessert:
Rum SOAKED Sponge Cake with Rum Cream– WARNING …. POTENT & FULL OF RUM!!! Probably 2 shots of rum per bowl!!

Our supper clubs are all about good food, having fun, making new friends and the rum punch! We like to introduce people to new flavour combinations that will really challenge their perceptions about Caribbean food. So if you're after jerk chicken or patties, you've come to the wrong place! However, if you want to push your palate boundaries and get a bit tipsy whilst doing it, our supper clubs are the perfect place to be. We always switch up the menu but one thing will stay the same: unlimited rum punch!

9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
