Stoneleigh, New Zealand’s number one wine brand, announces the launch of a series of events allowing city-dwellers the opportunity to book a relaxing garden getaway with friends across three cities in the UK from 28th August until 5th September for £25.

1. GENERAL
1.1 The Stoneleigh Private Gardens website, www.live.eventtia.com/stoneleighukgarden, is operated by Pernod Ricard UK Ltd (“PRUK”), a division of Pernod Ricard SA Group. In these terms & conditions (“Terms”), “we” or “us” means PRUK and “Customer” or “you” means any person who places an order for a ticket to the Event.
1.2 Consumers will be able to book a single ticket for a group of up to six directly through the Stoneleigh Private Gardens website. Ticket purchasers will receive a confirmation email once their payment has gone through and booking accepted.
1.3 Please read these booking terms and conditions carefully before placing an order for the Event. By using the site or any part of it, you agree that you have read these terms and conditions and that you accept and agree to be bound by them.
2. YOUR STATUS
2.1 By buying a ticket to an Event, you warrant that:
(a) You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts;
(b) You are at least 18 years old;
(c) All details provided by you for the purpose of purchasing tickets for the Event are correct;
(d) The PayPal account you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds and/or sufficient unused credit limit available to cover the cost of the goods;
(e) You do not currently, or within the past ten days, have any of the following symptoms: a high temperature, a new continuous cough or loss of smell or taste; and
(f) You will contact us as soon as practicable in the event that you begin to develop any of the above symptoms prior to the date of the Event.
3. AGE VERIFICATION
3.1 All persons may be subject to an age verification before entering the Event.
3.2 If any member of the group are unable to provide proof that you are over 18, they will be refused entry to the Event and no refund will be given.
4. CONDITIONS OF THE EVENT
4.1 The maximum number of people in each Event is 6 people. One booking is required per group, and the person booking should designate the number of guests at the time of booking.
4.2 The Event is subject to availability and there may be exceptional circumstances, such as extreme weather, which require us to change or cancel the Event at short notice. We will let you know of any changes to the Event as soon as possible via the email address given at the time of booking. Where possible, Events will be rescheduled to an alternate date, but where this is not possible, a full refund will be provided.
4.3 Proof of payment will be required prior to the start of the selected Event.
5. THE EVENT TICKET ENTITLES YOU TO
5.1 2 hours in the Stoneleigh garden of your choice with 4 gardens available. Details of each garden are set out below:
Hackney (London): A gorgeous garden boasts multiple levels and hidden gems at every turn. Guests can retreat from fast paced East London and explore a multitude of open spaces and tree shaded corners.
Muswell Hill (London): Part of a 1920s property with an unexpected open plan interior, this beautiful garden provides the perfect patch of calm and tranquillity.
Manchester: An idyllic suburban oasis, the property boasts rare city-based green space complete with apple trees. An integral part to the home, this garden offers a natural outdoor home space for guests to enjoy a relaxing escape.
Brighton: Set within a property in easy reach from the hustle and bustle of Brighton’s seafront and famous lanes, guests can leave the busy city centre behind with a sophisticated and perfectly formed garden.
Access to each of the garden’s incudes bathroom and living room and/ or covered area in garden (where available) in case of heavy rain
5.2 A free bottle of Stoneleigh Sauvignon Blanc 75cl per 3 people.
5.3 A free platter of light food. Allergy information will be present.
All tickets are valid only for the time and date stated in your confirmation email. If you are unable to attend the originally booked Event, please email pernodricard@talkertailor.com We will do our best to reserve an alternative date and time but cannot guarantee availability. If we cannot offer an alternative Event, the cancellation policy set out at clause 8 shall apply.
6. NATIONAL PLOTTERY
As part of Stoneleigh’s commitment to the environment, the New Zealand wine brand from the Marlborough Region is launching the National Plottery - a chance for communities to submit plots of land to be transformed to a space that people can enjoy.
The campaign is launching in August, with 100 percent of ticket sales from consumer events donated to Grow2Know, a non-profit focused on empowering young people through horticulture by building gardens to inspire, educate and heal.
Upon booking, consumers will have the opportunity to submit plots of land to be transformed. All funds aforementioned will be donated to Grow2Know will help regenerate an existing community garden project in London, with the select garden by the public then selected by Grow2Know on w/c 13th September (based on criteria set by the charity), with a renovation date announced in the future.
7. NATIONAL RESPONSIBLE CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOL
7.1 PRUK supports responsible consumption of alcohol and will therefore limit consumption at the Event to two bottles of wine per 6 people (or 1 bottle per 3 people) and will make sure that drinking water is readily available. No more wine will be available to purchase at the Event.
7.2 You are encouraged to visit the drinkaware website to understand more about responsible drinking.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY/USER GENERATED CONTENT
9. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
9.1 You are entitled to cancel this contract if you so wish provided you do so 48 hours prior to the commencement of the selected Event
9.2 To cancel the Event you must contact pernodricard@talkertailor.com with your request for cancellation
9.3 If your cancellation request is received within the cancellation period set out in 8.1, a full refund will be provided via the original payment method. Failure to cancel within the cancellation period will mean that no refund is provided.
9.4 Where the Event is cancelled by us, a full refund will be provided unless the circumstances are as set out in 10.4.
10. PRICES AND PAYMENT
10.1 The price of any Event will be as quoted on our online booking service. All prices are inclusive of VAT. We reserve the right to vary the prices of the Event at any time and without prior notice. Once a ticket order has been acknowledged the prices quoted for that ticket order will not be changed.
10.2 Payment will be taken via PayPal by our PR agency Talker Tailor Trouble Maker (“TTTM”). By placing an order you consent to payment being charged to your PayPal account by TTTM. If your PayPal account does not authorise payment we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. All transactions in our online shop are made in GBP. 11. OUR LIABILITY
11.1 Our liability for any losses you suffer as a result of us breaking these Terms is strictly limited to the purchase price of the Event ticket you purchased and any losses which are a foreseeable consequence of us breaking the Terms. Losses are foreseeable where you and we could contemplate them at the time your order is accepted by us.
11.2 We are not responsible for any loss of profit or any indirect, special or consequential loss, damage, costs, expenses or other claims which arise out of or in connection with the supply of goods and which are not foreseeable by you and us.
11.3 Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these terms limits in any way our liability:
• (a) For death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
• (b) Under section 2(3) of the Consumer Protection Act 1987;
• (c) For fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
• (d) For any matter for which it would be illegal for us to exclude, or attempt to exclude, our liability.
12. GENERAL
12.1 We will attempt to ensure that the information available on the online booking service at any time is accurate. However, we will not be held liable for any errors or omissions. We will use reasonable endeavours to correct errors and omissions as quickly as practicable after becoming aware or being notified of these. We reserve the right to:
• modify or withdraw the booking service or any part of it either temporarily or permanently without notice to you;
• change these terms and conditions from time to time. Please note that your continued use thereafter of the online shop shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change;
• withdraw from sale or alter the price of any ticket at any time; and/or
• refuse to process a transaction or refuse service to anyone for any reason and at any time at our sole discretion.
12.2 If any provision of these Terms is held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity of the other provisions of these terms and conditions and the remainder of the provision in question will not be affected.
12.3 These Terms and any document expressly referred to in them constitute the whole agreement between you and us and supersede any previous arrangement, understanding or agreement between you and us relating to the subject matter of these Terms.
12.4 Any contract between you and us pursuant to these terms and conditions will be binding on you and us and on our respective successors and assigns.
12.5 You may not transfer, assign, charge, sub-contract or otherwise dispose of any such contract, or any of your rights or obligations arising under such a contract, without our prior written consent.
