Sky Garden is back with our NEW YEAR'S EVE PARTY! We welcome you to come along to an unforgettable evening at the top. We have an evening filled with suitable festivities to say goodbye to 2021 and hello to 2022. With a live 9-piece band and DJs playing and an incredible evening of food, drink and dancing - Sky Garden is the best place to ring in the new year, all whilst having the most amazing view across London's skyline. We know you might be still worried about the changing COVID-19 situation. At present, restrictions are allowing us to continue with NYE 2021 but should events be cancelled due to the pandemic, you will get a full refund on New Year's Eve tickets to Sky Garden.
Please note, as per the new government guidelines, the Sky Garden falls under the category considered as an indoor venue with 500 or more unseated attendees, where those attendees are likely to stand or move around for all or part of the event, such as music venues with standing audiences or large receptions. Below is the extract from the government website we need to follow in order to comply with legal requirements.
'From 15 December, certain venues and events will be required by law to check that all visitors aged 18 years or over are fully vaccinated (currently a full course of vaccination without the need for a booster, but this will be kept under review), have proof of a negative test in the last 48 hours, or that they have an exemption. This means that those aged 18 years or over must show their NHS COVID Pass, or an alternative proof of a negative test result, such as an email or text proof, to gain entry into these venues.'
Also note that, unless exempt, face coverings are to be worn at all times in the Sky Garden unless seated, drinking and eating.

Sky Garden is a magnificent three-floor space at the top of 20 Fenchurch, dedicated to London’s highest landscaped public gardens, two of London’s most exclusive restaurants and bars. This 45,000-square-foot space, has unrivalled 360-degree panoramic views of London.

1. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior, during or after the event. The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants, DesignMyNight (WFL Media Ltd) and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.
2. Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue.
3. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
4. Please note Sky Garden is a naturally-ventilated space and can get cold, so we advise all guests to bring warm clothing.
5. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
6. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
7. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
8. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
