Celebrate the final night of the year with a six-course tasting menu that captures the essence of Solaya’s French–Mediterranean soul and Kenny Atkinson’s signature balance of artistry and indulgence.

Your evening begins with a glass of champagne on arrival, followed by a sequence of exquisite dishes such as:

Early Evening Menu — £80 per person

Begin your night with elegance. Served from 5pm to 8pm, this four-course menu offers a taste of Kenny Atkinson’s signature style, paired with a glass of champagne and sunset views over the city. Dishes include Glazed Octopus Risotto with Aged Parmesan, Salsa Verde, Barolo Sauce and Venison Fillet with Celeriac Puree, Blackberries and Port Reduction. The Solaya Bar Celebration — £100 per person

For a more relaxed but no less refined celebration, join us at the Solaya Bar for an evening of exceptional drinks, skyline views, and fine canapés. Enjoy a curated selection including Truffle & Mushroom Croquettes, Beef Tartare, and Mini Tiramisu Cones, served with a glass of champagne.
