Rebecca Tommasi, a London-based jazz singer and songwriter, is making her highly anticipated debut appearance at the Toulouse Lautrec. With her debut EP 'Another Dawn' released in 2021, Rebecca is bringing her soulful and heartfelt melodies to the stage, showcasing her raw talent and unique artistic style.

'Another Dawn' is a beautiful and poetic masterpiece, inspired by the briefest of moments and the sheer beauty of human endurance. The EP is an exploration of life's complex themes, from childhood memories and nostalgia to love and loss, disappointment and acceptance, and everything in between. Drawing heavily on nature references and symbolic imagery, the EP reflects an intimate journey of self-discovery and emotional depth.

Originally produced by Jazz guitarist Francesco Lo Castro, 'Another Dawn' mixes genres such as jazz, folk, and trip-hop, creating a unique and compelling sound that blends different musical styles into one. Fans of Portishead will appreciate the band's influence on the EP, as the project exudes a similar ethereal and experimental vibe.

Despite coming to music later in life, Rebecca is quickly establishing her style and artistic voice through her songwriting, regularly performing on the London jazz scene. Her warm and intimate style, leaving space for the music to breathe, has captured the hearts of many listeners. In the past year, she has performed at some of the most renowned venues in London, such as the Green Note, Camden, The Bedford, and Pizza Express Live.

Joining her for this special performance are some of the most respected names on the London Jazz scene at the moment. Alban Claret on guitar, James Buckham on piano, Chris Hyde Harrison on bass, and Louis North on drums. Together, they will create an unforgettable musical experience, showcasing their extraordinary talent and love for jazz music.

With her debut EP 'Another Dawn' and her upcoming performance at the Toulouse Lautrec, Rebecca Tommasi is a rising star in the London jazz scene, a talent that promises to captivate audiences for years to come.
