Platform 1 hosts Vinteloper Wines, in association with Red Squirrel Wines......
David Bowley, (Vinteloper Wines), is probably our favourite winemaker in Australia at the moment. Which is a big statement! And he is in the UK this September. As radical and wild as his wines, we are very much looking forward to hosting this dinner with the man himself and the odd squirrel! Expect an insane 6 course tasting menu from Chef Daniel Harding, our current chef in residence. Modern British cuisine meets Aussie winemaking wizardry! We cannot wait tor try out some new vintages from David, who never disappoints. 6 courses, 6 wines, 6 reasons to attend!
The event will kick off at 8pm & run for around 2 hours, (or until we run out of wine).
