Start the evening with a welcome soju drink and Korean bar
snacks before rolling up your sleeves in teams of four to cook up a
storm. Whether you’re a confident cook or a total beginner, you’ll
be guided by our Head Chef and two Assistant Chefs, making sure the
energy stays high and the flavours on point.
Here’s what you’ll make:
Pork & Kimchi Mandu: Mix, fill, pleat, and pan-fry these golden
dumplings from scratch K-style.
Korean Fried Chicken Bites: Master the art of ultra-crispy chicken,
then toss it in sticky garlic soy or fiery gochujang sauce.
Market Tteokbokki: Stir-fry chewy rice cakes in a sweet-spicy sauce
that’s pure late-night Seoul street food heaven.
After cooking, head to the bar to enjoy your creations with your
group, and grab an extra drink from our contactless bar, stocked
with soju cocktails, classic shots, and Korean beer.
This class is all about bold flavours, great vibes, and a hands-on

It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.

7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
