Cassoulet Nights

Join wine sellers QUITE NICE and chef Jacob Rosen (Pitt Cue, Corrigan's) for hearty cooking and regional wines collected from their trips and memories around France. A feast of rustic sausages, confit duck, pork belly and beans with autumnal feeling and puddings on wheels. 

We’re working with London’s best suppliers of high-welfare meat, seasonal vegetables, bread, beans and dairy. The menu, centred around a slow-cooked traditional cassoulet will feature homemade rustic sausages and confit duck from small producers focused on animal welfare and whole carcass butchery.

There will be a nice list of tasty apéritifs, and regional wines from small producers made without crap or compromise with plenty of choice by the glass.

What does my reservation include?

When you purchase a reservation to Cassoulet Nights, it covers your base meal, but it does not include supplemental food, alcoholic beverages, non-alcoholic beverages, coffee or tea.

Supplemental food?

Depending on availability there may be oysters to start and you can choose to have pudding and cheese for an extra sum payable on the night. There will be a larger cheeseboard available for sharing and a selection of puddings from the trolley will also be available and individually priced. 

What about the drinks?

We’ll have a short list of delicious French regional wines with plenty of choice by the glass and by the bottle. There will be suggestions for delicious aperitifs and digestifs too. We’ll also have a few cans of beer from a local brewery.
