This year, for the very first time, there will be a screening of a children's film at the Marylebone Summer Festival. The film will be the much-loved Walt Disney Animation Studio's Encanto and will be shown at the open-air cinema with headphones.

Local favourites, 108 Brasserie at The Marylebone Hotel along with The Coach Makers Arms pub will be serving up an offering of delicious food and drinks in the Gardens along with La Crêpe des Delices, who will be offering a range of crepes.  There will be live music throughout the afternoon after the screening of Encanto and prior to the evening film, Elvis, which starts at 8pm.  Proceeds from ticket sales will be donated to local charity Greenhouse Sports, who provide disadvantaged children with mentors and the chance to play sport within a community, with all proceeds from ticket sales going directly to the charity.

We will be offering a limited number of family tickets to include 2 adults and 2 children at a discounted rate, so book early!

Encanto U

Walt Disney Animation Studios’ ENCANTO tells the tale of an extraordinary family, the Madrigals, who live hidden in the mountains of Colombia, in a magical house, in a vibrant town, in a wondrous, charmed place called an Encanto. The magic of the Encanto has blessed every child in the family with a unique gift from super strength to the power to heal—every child except one, Mirabel. But when she discovers that the magic surrounding the Encanto is in danger, Mirabel decides that she, the only ordinary Madrigal, might just be her exceptional family’s last hope. The film features all-new songs by Emmy®, GRAMMY® and Tony Award® winner Lin-Manuel Miranda “Hamilton,” MOANA and is directed by Byron Howard ZOOTOPIA, TANGLED and Jared Bush co-director ZOOTOPIA, co-directed by Charise Castro Smith writer “The Death of Eva Sofia Valdez” and produced by Clark Spencer and Yvett Merino.
