Soho Spirits Festival

1. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior, during or after the event. The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants, DesignMyNight (WFL Media Ltd) and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.
2. Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue.
3. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
10. The venue may operate a No Smoking Policy.
11. The promoter, venue management and DesignMyNight accept no responsibility for any personal property.
12. The event listed on the purchased ticket is strictly for ticket holders who are over 18 years of age. Identification may be required.

13. *Last orders 20 minutes before the session ends.

Soho Spirits Festival – House Rules

Admission
* Venue management and security staff reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person from the festival on reasonable grounds, including, but not limited to, intoxication, abusive or threatening behaviour, possession of prohibited items, failure to comply with these House Rules, or where admission may compromise the safety or enjoyment of others.
* Any guest refused entry or removed from the festival under these House Rules will not be entitled to a refund.

Responsible Service
* Challenge 25 will be in operation throughout the festival. Anyone who appears under the age of 25 must provide valid photo ID.
* Anyone who appears intoxicated will not be served alcohol.
* Free drinking water will be available throughout the venue.
* Drinking games, speed drinking and irresponsible promotions are strictly prohibited.

Pouring Standards and Last Pour
* Standard tasting pours at exhibitor stands will be no more than 1cl.
* Last pours will take place 15 minutes before the end of each session. Once announced, all bottles will be removed from stand tops, and guests will be encouraged to finish their drinks, and collect any purchases as they leave the venue. 

Guest Conduct
* Please drink responsibly and respect fellow guests and exhibitors.
* Abusive, aggressive or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the festival without a refund. This includes offensive or inappropriate clothing.
* No outside food or alcohol may be brought into the venue.

Smoking & Vaping
* Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere within the festival venue, including the exhibition floor, masterclass theatre, VIP lounge and all indoor spaces.
* Guests wishing to smoke or vape must leave the venue and use the designated smoking area outside. Re-entry is permitted with a valid festival wristband.

Glassware
* Festival tasting glasses must remain within the venue for the duration of the session.
* Guests may keep and take home their tasting glass only when they have decided to leave the session permanently. Glasses must not be taken outside and then brought back into the festival.

Tokens & Soho Venue Activations
* Complimentary tokens and wristbands are issued to encourage guests to discover Soho's bars and restaurants.
* Tokens have no cash value and are only valid at participating venues.
* Participating venues reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated.
