English Garden Lychee martini
The vixen denizen of the clubstaurant era and the bottomless brunch movement, the lychee martini has become a sensual staple in the cocktail bible. Our gold medal-winning version is deliciously floral, yet packs a punch. Mixed with a double layering of aromatic lychee, organic English elderflower vodka and our own signature blend of dry Italian vermouths, one sip and you'll be in an English blossom garden just after rainfall, listening to birdsong.
Single estate REPOSADO Tommys Margarita
Margaritas immediately conjure scenes of the azure beach waters in Mexico, or laying by the pool on a sweltering day. Our gold medal-winning version is made in Tommy's style, using a golden aged smoky tequila from Jalisco, one of the few still made the old-fashioned way. Finished off with our secret tangy lime, a hint of orange and lavender bitters, serve ice cold with a subtle salt rim.
Caribbean Dawn Mai Tai
