By purchasing a ticket or attending an event at **The People’s Comedy Brixton**, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully.

General Admission
1.1 Entry to the club is strictly for individuals aged 18 and over. Valid photo identification may be required.

1.2 Admission is at the management's discretion. We reserve the right to refuse entry or eject individuals from the premises without refund for reasons including, but not limited to, disruptive behavior, intoxication, or non-compliance with these terms and conditions.

1.3 Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis unless otherwise specified.

Tickets and Booking

2.1 All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled.

2.2 Tickets must be presented at the door for entry, either in printed form or on a mobile device.

2.3 We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets.

Event Changes and Cancellations

3.1 The lineup of performers is subject to change without notice. No refunds or exchanges will be provided due to changes in the lineup.

3.2 If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, we will notify ticket holders via the contact information provided at the time of purchase and offer the option to attend the rescheduled event or receive a refund.

Code of Conduct

4.1 Guests are expected to behave in a respectful and orderly manner. Disruptive behavior, including heckling, is not tolerated.

4.2 The use of mobile phones, cameras, and recording devices during performances is strictly prohibited.

4.3 Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is not allowed inside the venue.

Health and Safety

5.1 We adhere to all health and safety regulations. Guests must comply with any health and safety measures in place, which may include temperature checks and the wearing of face masks.

5.2 In the event of an emergency, follow all instructions from staff and emergency personnel.

Liability

6.1 The People’s Comedy Brixton is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property sustained while on the premises.

6.2 Guests assume all risks associated with attending events at the venue.

Food and Beverage

7.1 Outside food and beverages are not allowed. Food and drinks purchased at the venue must be consumed on the premises.

7.2 Alcohol will only be served to individuals aged 18 and over. Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated.

Intellectual Property

8.1 The use of the club’s name, logo, or any associated imagery for commercial purposes without written consent is prohibited.

8.2 All performances are the intellectual property of the respective performers and may not be recorded or distributed without permission.

Recording

9.1 By attending an event at The People’s Comedy Brixton, you grant us the irrevocable right to record, photograph, and film your likeness and voice during performances and to use such recordings or images in any and all media, now known or hereafter devised, worldwide and in perpetuity, without any compensation to you. This includes, but is not limited to, promotional materials, social media, broadcasts, and other online content. If you do not wish to be recorded or photographed, please inform our staff prior to the event.

Privacy

10.1 Personal information collected during ticket purchases will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.

Amendments

11.1 The People’s Comedy Brixton reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.

If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be refused entry to or ejected from the venue.

The promoter, venue management and DesignMyNight accept no responsibility for any personal property.

The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior, during or after the event. The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants, DesignMyNight WFL Media Ltd and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.

By attending The People’s Comedy Brixton, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
