* Hosted by Sean Collins as seen on BBC's Micheal McIntyer's Comedy Roadshow and Just For Laughs Gala, a night of stand up comedy in the picturesque Chelsea Harbour. Hosting both Jo Caulfield - As seen on Have I got News for You and The John Bishop Show alongside the star of ITV's The Chase, Paul Sinha.

2. Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue.
3. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
10. The venue may operate a No Smoking Policy.
11. The promoter, venue management and DesignMyNight accept no responsibility for any personal property.
12. The event listed on the purchased ticket is strictly for ticket holders who are over 18 years of age. Identification may be required.

EVENT TICKET SALES TERMS AND CONDITIONS The Event is a live performance referred to as [The Chelsea Harbour Comedy Gala] as advertised by the Chelsea Harbour Hotel (Hotel), which is scheduled to take place in the Grand Ballroom of the Hotel (Venue). The Ticket Holder is the person who is in possession of a ticket, either purchased or otherwise, to the Event. These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of your ticket to the Event (Ticket Holder).
1. Any queries regarding the terms and conditions should be raised with the Hotel prior to purchase. Purchase and/or use of a ticket, to the Event organised by the Hotel shall constitute acceptance in full of these terms and conditions. The tickets and all title therein, remain the property of the Hotel until the Event has taken place.
2. You must be 18 years or older to purchase a ticket to and/or attend the Event. The Ticket Holder undertakes to observe and uphold all the terms, conditions, additional directives and statements of the Hotel at all times. All directives and statements printed on the tickets, posted or announced at the Event form part of these Terms and Conditions. In the instance of a breach of this undertaking the Hotel reserves the right to cancel the ticket and eject the offender and retain all monies paid.
3. The Hotel reserve the right to amend event schedules, performance timings (advertised or otherwise) and advertised programme content without prior notice and without liability. The Hotel reserves the right to alter and amend the advertised guest/support artists/performers, without prior notice and without liability. No refunds or compensation will be offered or considered for the non-appearance of any advertised (or otherwise) guest artist or supporting artist.
4. Admission to the Event, the Hotel’s car park and associated areas are at the Ticket Holder's own risk. Except where caused by their act or omission, the Hotel and the Venue shall not be held liable for any loss, injury or damages sustained within the Venue, all designated car parks and all associated areas. The Hotel accepts no responsibility for any personal property brought to the Venue.
5. The Ticket Holder agrees to indemnify the Hotel against any loss, injury or damage caused to themselves or others by their own actions, negligence and/or nuisance or by any other person in their care or equipment, apparatus and/or belongings in their possession.
6. The Hotel reserves the right to refuse admission, void tickets and/or eject, without refund, any person who, refuses a security (person and or belongings) search, fails to produce proof of identity or age, is under the influence of alcohol or drugs or in the Hotel’s opinion, may provoke a breach of the peace, jeopardize the health, safety and enjoyment of others, or damage the fame and reputation of the Event or the Hotel.
7. The Hotel reserves the right to charge for any car parking and other services or withdraw it, without prior notice.
8. The use of cameras and any other recording equipment is strictly forbidden.
9. The Ticket Holder consents to being photographed, filmed and sound recorded as an audience without payment, and to their image being used by the Hotel in all matters relating to the Event and any future promotions.
10. Except where clause 12 applies, there will be no refunds under any circumstances. Lost, misplaced or damaged tickets will not be replaced under any circumstances.
11. The Events will be held indoors at the Hotel. All scheduled Events will proceed in inclement weather.
12. Should the Event be cancelled through lack of support, only the face value of the ticket will be refunded by the Hotel. The Hotel will not be liable for any booking fees and/or charges made by any box office/supplier or third party at the point of purchase. Save for the preceding, the Hotel will not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential losses resulting from any cancellation of the Event.
13. Seating shall be assigned for the event. Unless otherwise stated.
14. It is the responsibility of the Ticket Holder to carry a valid receipt/ticket or pass to the Event at all times. Failure to produce the appropriate receipt/ticket or pass, when so requested by the Hotel may result in the person being ejected from the event or prevented entry, without later claim or compensation.
15. The Hotel does not recognise or support a secondary ticket market. The Hotel is not responsible or liable in anyway whatsoever for providing entry to the advertised Event, to a Ticket Holder in possession of a ticket obtained from any source other than the Hotel or its authorised agent. TICKETS MAY NOT BE RE-SOLD / SOLD ON OR PASSED ON TO A THIRD PERSON IN GRACE OR FAVOUR, without the prior written permission of the Hotel.
16. LATE ARRIVAL: It is the responsibility of the Ticket Holder to plan their journey allowing sufficient time for unexpected occurrences, weather conditions, traffic congestion enroute and approaching the Venue, to arrive at the Venue in time for the performance. It is not the Hotel's responsibility to advise / inform the Ticket Holder of any road works, incident or occurrence that may delay the Ticket Holder's arrival at the Venue. Although every effort is made to run to schedule, the advertised performance / concert timings may be brought forward or delayed without notice. Under no circumstances whatsoever will the Hotel refund or compensate for late or non-arrivals or any amendment to the artists advertised performance times, howsoever caused.
17. SPECIAL NEEDS: Please notify the Hotel prior to the Event of any special service requests or food allergies/dietary requirements as, subject to applicable law, any food served by the Hotel is consumed at the Ticket Holder’s own risk. Further, the Ticket Holder agrees not to bring in and/or consume food and/or beverages from non-Hotel sources unless with the express prior written consent of the Hotel.
18. SECURITY: CCTV cameras are used for security purposes and security guards will be present to assist if required.
19. FORCE MAJEURE: The Hotel reserves the rights to cancel, postpone or abandon the Event because of circumstances beyond its control and without any refund whatsoever.
20. These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Each party irrevocably agrees that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these terms or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims).
21. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Ticket Holder and the Hotel and supersedes and extinguishes all previous agreements, promises, assurances, warranties, representations and understandings between them, whether written or oral, relating to its subject
