We’ve partnered with our pals at Sausage Press to celebrate the
launch of their new zine - The Martini Edition - by pulling
apart the world’s most polarising cocktail and exploring what
really makes it tick.
This is not just about wet or dry, olive or twist. It’s about
ratios. Rituals. Texture. Temperature. The quiet transformation
that happens when cold spirit meets glass, and how something so
minimalist can hold so many opinions.
The Seed team will lead the way - part history lesson, part tasting session - and eventually, a crisp martini made exactly to your preference. Expect house takes, dialled-in garnishes, and a tasty snack pairing.

Hosted at Shoreditch’s favourite bar, this masterclass will have you learning the lingo, perfecting your stir (or shake), and crafting your own bespoke blend under the guidance of one of Seed Library’s resident experts.
