Work out and pancakes? What’s not to love!? Come alone or bring friends to start the morning off with a reformer pilates class at 'FLOW LND' before we indulge in some deliciousness and chats with other attendees at 'Where the pancakes are'! Whether you have a love for savoury or sweet pancakes, 'Where the pancakes' will be able to satisfy your tastebuds from their wide selection on the menu!
The restaurant makes pancakes scratch with fresh ingredients and nothing artificial. Their pancake menu takes different needs and different diets seriously. Their 3-in-1 batter is dairy-free, wheat-free and vegan.
This will be a powerful full body workout on the Pilates Reformer. This class builds strength, increased flexibility and tones every single little muscle. Get ready to push through the shakes! This class is open to all levels!

T&Cs
1. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior, during or after the event. The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants, DesignMyNight (WFL Media Ltd) and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.
2. Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue.
3. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. Refunds and Cancellations - The booking fee charged is non-refundable. We can offer a refund on the ticket if attendees inform us 5 days before the event. If attendees inform us 72 hours before the event, we are happy for them to use their ticket for a future event, provided it is the same value or they can pay the difference. Cancellations within 24hours of the event will not be able to refund or transfer the ticket to a future event.
8. COVID19 Policy - We advice attendees to be considerate during this uncertain time. If you are unwell, we kindly ask that you do not attend the event. If you let us know that you cannot make it within 72 hours before the event, we can transfer the ticket to one of our future events of the same value. If you let us know 24 hours before the event starts, we can transfer the ticket to a future event but we ask that you cover the cost of the class that you have missed as that is not a cost we can recover for your last minute cancellation. Please note, if you would like to refund your ticket, the booking fee charged is non-refundable. In the event we have to cancel or reschedule an event to comply with government rules and for your health & safety - you have the option to get a refund or transfer the ticket to a future event. Booking fees are non-refundable.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
10. The venue may operate a No Smoking Policy.
11. The promoter, venue management and DesignMyNight accept no responsibility for any personal property.
12. The event listed on the purchased ticket is strictly for ticket holders who are over 18 years of age. Identification may be required.
