In this sizzlin' Spanish night explore real Mexican street food at Chilango Mexican restaurant while you learn a bit of useful lingo.

You'll learn the lingo with our crew of qualified teachers and experts, order in Spanish with the Chilango team then chomp down on your FREE burrito before playing team games to practice your new skills.

Here's a glimpse of the night’s plan

6.30pm Arrive and settle in with a mini challenge.

7pm Introduction to the lingo with team tasks guided by a qualified teacher (the structured bit).

7.40pm Get stuck into naming the ingredients, enjoying your FREE burrito and using your newly gained language skills to give your opinions. Get the low down on Mexican street food culture with a quirky quiz (the informal, social bit).

8.30pm Show off your new language skills to the class and get feedback from the Spanish crew (the show-off bit).

9pm Go home with a vocabulary list the length of your arm ready to flaunt your skills at work the next day (job done).

This Spanish night is designed to help complete beginner's and those with the basics (less than a year's study) get to grips with some of the lingo. No prior knowledge or experience of Spanish is needed.

If you're an intermediate or advanced level speaker you'll have fun and practice your existing skills but if you want to leave with tonnes of new vocab you might prefer one of our events planned with intermediate and advanced level speakers in mind. T&Cs

1. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior, during or after the event. The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants, DesignMyNight (WFL Media Ltd) and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.
2. Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue.
3. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
refused entry to or ejected from the venue.

11. The promoter, venue management and DesignMyNight accept no responsibility for any personal property.
12. The event listed on the purchased ticket is strictly for ticket holders who are over 18 years of age. Identification may be required.

    Highly recommend. We booked this as something different to do and what a great fun it was. The whole class was friendly, Carla was amazing in her teaching. I can still remember what I was taught and it’s been 4days. So that’s huge for me!! Clearly wine and Spanish is the way forward for me if I was to ever learn this language 😂😂

    Carla is an amazing teacher who provides a fun and interactive environment for learning Spanish. Her lessons and ideas are very unique which keep you entertained throughout and she can adapt to everyone's level. I've always looked forward to each class and have found everything I have learned so far to be helpful at work too!
