We are Tanya White and Roz Lindsay, otherwise known as Fitbudz; a Nutrition & Lifestyle coach and a Personal Trainer, but most importantly, we are two best pals who love to motivate and inspire each other and other people through our workouts and cooking. We've developed and fine-tuned fun and accessible partner workouts because we believe that living a healthy lifestyle is much more fun when you have a pal to share the journey with.
We'll be joined on the day by Marwah, a chef who takes her favourite childhood dishes from her Malay and Lebanese roots and gives them a vegan re-imagining.
What we’ll do
CHEAT SWEETS WORKSHOP
Create delicious unrefined sugar treats with Roz. Today the focus is the hazelnut: We will be making a healthier version of a Ferrero Rocher from pure and natural ingredients. A scrummy ball of roasted hazelnuts and organic cacao powder, filled with your own homemade sugar-free Nutella. These taste better than the real thing!
SWEAT IT OUT IN A PARTNER HIIT WORKOUT
In this 45 minute workout both Roz and Tanya will be putting you through your paces in a high Intensity full-body partner workout. You’ll sweat and we’ll push you to your limit but we’ll make sure you get through it with the support of each other.
SHARE A DELICIOUS VEGAN LUNCH
Vegan chef Marwah will be cooking up an Eastern storm in the kitchen with a menu crafted especially for fuelling your body post workout. She takes inspiration from her Lebanese and Malay roots, designing you a balanced meal full of fresh veg, some of it foraged from just down the road.

A workshop presented by Tanya White, Nutrition and Lifestyle coach. Showing you how to tackle those late morning hunger pains and afternoon energy slumps.

4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
10. The venue may operate a No Smoking Policy.
11. The promoter, venue management and DesignMyNight accept no responsibility for any personal property.
