Start your weekends the right way! Join us for a Barre class perched above the London skyline at our rooftop venue The Nest in Treehouse Hotel London. Your Psycle instructor Sophie, will guide the class that is designed to sculpt your body, boost your metabolism, and challenge your mind. Through a series of challenging combinations, you will experience a powerful full-body workout that will strengthen the muscles in your legs, bum, arms and abs to leave you feeling leaner and longer. All equipment is provided and all levels welcome.
Following the class, you will make your way down to Madera our Californian Mexican restaurant on the 15th floor with sweeping views of the city. Enjoy a selection of dishes that pairs bold flavours with organic ingredients.
Tickets are £60pp and includes a Barre class delivered by Psycle instructor, sharing brunch at Madera and a Psycle goody bag.

WHAT TO BRING
All you need is something comfortable to sweat in and a water bottle. We’ve got everything else covered!
HOW OLD DO I HAVE TO BE TO ATTEND A BARRE CLASS?
You must be over the age of 16 to attend Barre classes at Psycle.
If you are under 18, you must inform a staff member, register a User Account with Psycle and have a parent/guardian 18+ to sign a consent form.
CAN I ATTEND A CLASS DURING PREGNANCY?
Congratulations! We have lots of women who are in class right up until their due date, however, we always recommend consulting your doctor before attending our classes.
Please note Psycle advises against and restricts participation in the following classes: Deep Burn, Abs and Arms, Glide & Sculpt, HIIT and Abs and Reformer during pregnancy. Please make sure that you let our team at check-in know you are pregnant as well as your instructor before the start of class so they can make any necessary modifications for you. We advise you to arrive 15 minutes ahead of class start time so we can set you up accordingly. For all of our concept classes we require you to sign our prenatal consent form.

1. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior, during or after the event. The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants, DesignMyNight WFL Media Ltd and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.
2. Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue.
3. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
10. The venue may operate a No Smoking Policy.
11. The promoter, venue management and DesignMyNight accept no responsibility for any personal property.
12. The event listed on the purchased ticket is strictly for ticket holders who are over 18 years of age. Identification may be required.
