1. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior, during or after the event. The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants, DesignMyNight (WFL Media Ltd) and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.
2. Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue.
3. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
10. The venue may operate a No Smoking Policy.
11. The promoter, venue management and DesignMyNight accept no responsibility for any personal property.
12. The event listed on the purchased ticket is strictly for ticket holders who are over 18 years of age. Identification may be required.

1. Bookings & Payment
All reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. Upon receipt of payment, your booking will be confirmed.
2. Tickets & Transfers
All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. In the unlikely event that London Cabaret Collective reschedules or cancels a performance, guests will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
3. Arrival & Timings
Guests are encouraged to arrive 15–30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time to fully enjoy the pre-show atmosphere. Late arrivals may be required to wait for a suitable break in the performance before being seated.
4. Seating & Packages
Seating is allocated according to the package selected. While we aim to accommodate preferences where possible, specific tables or locations cannot be guaranteed.
5. Dress Code
Smart casual to elegant attire is encouraged. This is an occasion to dress up and indulge in the experience. Sportswear and caps are not permitted.
6. Age Requirement
London Cabaret Collective is an adult-oriented experience. All guests must be aged 18 or over. Valid photographic ID may be requested on arrival.
7. Dining & Drinks
Dining is included within selected packages. Additional drinks and enhancements are available to order on the night. A 12.5% discretionary service charge may be offered and is entirely at your discretion — a gesture of appreciation, never an obligation.
8. Dietary Requirements
Please notify us of any dietary requirements or allergies at least 72 hours prior to your booking. Whilst every effort is made to accommodate, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
9. Guest Experience & Conduct
We are committed to delivering an exceptional experience for all guests. London Cabaret Collective reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual whose behaviour is deemed disruptive or inappropriate. In such cases, refunds will not be issued.
10. Photography & Atmosphere
Photography and filming may occur throughout the evening for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to being included in such content. Should you prefer not to appear, please inform a member of the team upon arrival.
11. Artistic & Operational Changes
To maintain the fluidity and creativity of the experience, London Cabaret Collective reserves the right to make adjustments to performances, menus, or running order where necessary.
12. Cancellations by London Cabaret Collective
In the rare event of cancellation, guests will be offered the choice of an alternative date or a full refund.
13. Liability
London Cabaret Collective accepts no responsibility for loss, damage, or injury, except where caused by proven negligence.
