VIP sessions will be hosted in our raised VIP area with guaranteed seating and tables.

Pizzas can be made with gluten free bases or vegan cheese

Arrive on time to drink and eat as much as you can in two hours whilst playing in our main glowing ball pit. This is the ultimate adult hedonsim with cheeky nostalgia!

Frequently Asked Questions
How do you clean the balls, isn't it un-hygienic?
No, we have a ball cleaner called Gobble Muffin who sanitises and cleans 18,000 p/hr.
Can I get a refund or move my date?
Please also note our refund/transfer policy is as follows: Up to 7 days in advance, we are able to refund or transfer tickets. Post 7 days' notice, brunch spaces are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
Yes, we are an 18+ Venue, ID will be checked. (valid passport or driving license accepted). No ID no entry.
What should I wear in the ball pit?
Closed toe shoes are a must and no one is permitted in the ball pit without shoes. High heels of any kind will not be permitted and any other type of heels will be at our ball pit monitors' discretion - wear flats or low block heels at most (i.e. a low block heeled boot). Don't wear short skirts and dresses unless you're happy to showcase your knickers to all! No tracksuits - it's a club, dress to impress!
What are your opening hours?
We are open on Tues 6pm-11pm, Weds 6pm-12am, Thurs 5pm - 2am, Fri 5pm - 2am, Sat 11.30pm - 2am, Sun 1pm - 6pm.
We are celebrating a birthday :) Am I able to bring a birthday cake or decorations?
Crumbs and icing on the balls and then your clothes wouldn't make anyone's birthday now would it so we are unable to allow guests to bring their own cakes.
You can however purchase sweet cakes from the venue which are made out of pick and mix! A small cake is £10 and a large cake is £15!
Balloons will not be allowed in the venue as they limit the visibility of our CCTV cameras.
Do you have a cloakroom?
Yes we do - it's £2 for coats and bags, £5 for big suitcases. We strongly suggest that EVERYTHING goes in the cloakroom, or you'll be emailing lostproperty@ballieballerson.com!
Are drinks allowed in the ball pit?
No - we trialled it in the soft launch and all we can say is no, no, no and no.
Can I hire out the venue for private events?
