PUKKA UP NYE 2026/27: THE MASKED BALL – EVENT TERMS

These terms apply to this event in addition to Pukka Up's general Terms & Conditions. All prices shown include booking fees.

1. Refunds
1.1 Refunds can be requested up to 14 days before the event (on or before 17 December 2026).
1.2 From 18 December 2026, tickets are non-refundable.
1.3 If Pukka Up cancels the event, ticket holders will receive a full refund, including the booking fee.
1.4 Refunds include the ticket price and booking fee, and are made to the original payment method.
1.5 Refund requests must be made in writing to tickets@pukkaup.com.
1.6 If the boat party cannot go ahead for reasons outside Pukka Up's control (for example, the river being closed to vessels), ticket holders will receive a full refund, including the booking fee.
1.7 Clause 1.6 does not apply to changes to the fireworks display, which are covered by clause 2.

2. Fireworks, weather and river conditions
2.1 The London New Year's Eve fireworks display is organised by the Mayor of London and is outside Pukka Up's control.
2.2 The boat's position on the river, including where it holds for the fireworks, is determined by the Port of London Authority, the Metropolitan Police and the vessel operator on the night.
2.3 No refund will be given if the fireworks display is cancelled, shortened or changed, if visibility is affected by weather (including fog, low cloud or rain), or if the boat's position differs from that described.

3. Entry and refusal of entry
3.1 This is a strictly 18+ event. A Challenge 25 policy applies, and entry is at the discretion of the security team. Valid photo ID is required.
3.2 E-tickets must be shown on a phone or printed. Screenshots are not accepted.
3.3 The boat departs at 20:45 and cannot wait for late arrivals.
3.4 No refund will be given to guests who miss the departure, cannot show valid ID, do not meet the dress code (no sportswear), or are refused entry by security, including for being intoxicated.
3.5 TIMES & LOCATION

Where does the boat leave from and where does it finish?
We board at Greenwich Pier and finish at Blackfriars Pier. These are two different piers.
Boarding: Greenwich Pier, King William Walk, London SE10 9HT
Finish: Blackfriars Pier, White Lion Hill, London EC4V 3QR

What are the timings?
Arrive by: 7:45pm
Boarding: from 8:15pm
Departure: 8:45pm
Arrive at Blackfriars Pier: 1:15am
Event ends: 1:30am

What time should I arrive?
Arrive by 7:45pm to check in, collect your wristband, welcome drink token and mask, and get through security.

4. Conduct
4.1 Pukka Up, the vessel operator and security may remove any guest whose behaviour is unsafe, abusive or in breach of these terms, at the next safe opportunity.
4.2 Guests removed under 4.1 will not receive a refund.

5. Changes to the event
5.1 Pukka Up may change DJs, entertainment, running times or the route for safety or operational reasons. We'll notify ticket holders as soon as reasonably possible. Such changes do not entitle guests to a refund.

6. Belongings
6.1 The on-board coat rail is unmanned. Pukka Up is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items.

7. Filming and photography
7.1 Photographers and videographers will be working at the event. By attending, guests agree that they may appear in photos and video, which Pukka Up may use for marketing and promotion across its website, social media and advertising.
7.2 Guests who do not wish to be filmed should let a member of the Pukka Up team know on the night.
8. Accessibility
8.1 The vessel is not wheelchair accessible and does not have accessible facilities. Guests with access needs should contact Pukka Up before booking.

1. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior, during or after the event. The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants, DesignMyNight (WFL Media Ltd) and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.
2. Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue.
3. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
10. The venue may operate a No Smoking Policy.
11. The promoter, venue management and DesignMyNight accept no responsibility for any personal property.
12. The event listed on the purchased ticket is strictly for ticket holders who are over 18 years of age. Identification may be required.
