Sound Bath immersion & BREATHWORK WITH cacao
Breathe out what you’ve been holding. Embrace all your parts. Soften into sound and return to your your wholeness.
Join us for a deeply nourishing evening of cacao, conscious connected breathwork, and Sound Bath.
The cacao will support us by gently opening our hearts, You’ll then be guided through a conscious connected breathwork journey. This simple yet powerful practice supports emotional release, expanded awareness, and the integration of all your parts, even the ones you may have judged or turned away from.
We close with an immersive Sound Bath, giving you time to rest, integrate, and fully unwind. The soothing frequencies support you in softening into wholeness, letting go of what feels heavy, and allowing breath and sound to guide you back to yourself.

out of “fight or
flight” and into a more regulated, relaxed state. bring awareness

in the

integration.
