All aboard for the North Pole! Santa has parked his very own 1950s train carriage in our pub garden this Christmas, and he can't wait to meet you. Proudly supporting Lewisham Donation Hub this Christmas.
THE FULL EXPERIENCE (ages 3–10)

- Babes in arms (under 2s) go free, with an optional £5 gift on the day
- Show your ticket at Free Wheelin' Pizza for 10% off on the day of your visit, and our bar will be serving festive drinks for all the family
- Places are limited to 10 children per session, so book early to avoid disappointment
FAQS
- How long does the visit last? Allow around 45 mins to 1 hour for the Full Experience and around 10-20 minutes for the Little Elves Santa Visit.
- What time should we arrive? Please arrive at the time on your ticket so your child has time to write their letter to Santa. Late arrivals will join their session's current activity.
- Do adults need a ticket? Adults go free with a booked child, up to 2 per family.
- Can siblings see Santa together? Yes, siblings booked in the same session meet Santa together, and each child gets their own gift.
- Is it accessible for wheelchairs and buggies? Our carriage was built in the 1950s, so unfortunately the doorway isn't wide enough for wheelchairs or buggies, and there are steps up into the carriage. We have a buggy park where you can leave your buggy during your visit. If you or your child have any access needs, please get in touch before booking.
- Can I get a refund? Tickets are non-refundable. We're happy to move you to another date or time, subject to availability, if you contact us at least 48 hours before your session.
- Do you cater for allergies? Please let us know about any allergies when booking and we'll do our best to help. Food is not provided as part of the experience.

Supervision. All children must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or responsible adult (aged 18 or over) at all times during their visit, including in the carriage, at the craft tables and in the pub garden.
Ticket validity. Each ticket is valid only for the date and session shown. Sibling tickets are only valid when booked with a full-price child ticket in the same session. Babes in arms (under 2s) are admitted free with a ticketed child.
Arrival. Please arrive at the time shown on your ticket. Latecomers will join their session’s current activity, and we can’t extend the session or guarantee missed activities.
Refunds and changes. Tickets are non-refundable. We’re happy to move your booking to another date or time, subject to availability, if you contact us at least 48 hours before your booked session.
Cancellation by us. If we have to cancel or postpone a session, we’ll offer you an alternative date or a full refund.
Changes to the experience. We may need to make minor changes to the experience, such as activities, timings or Santa’s appearance, due to circumstances beyond our control.
Please check your tickets when you receive them, as mistakes can’t always be corrected later.
Accessibility. Our carriage was built in the 1950s and has steps up to a narrow doorway that isn’t suitable for wheelchairs or buggies. A buggy park is available. Please contact us before booking if you have any access needs.
Allergies. Craft materials and gifts may contain common allergens. Please tell us about any allergies when booking, and we’ll do our best to help.
Photography. You’re welcome to take photos of your own family. Please be mindful of other children. On sessions where we have a professional photographer, we’ll ask for your consent before any images of your child are used.
Personal property. The venue, management and DesignMyNight (WFL Media Ltd) accept no responsibility for loss of or damage to personal property, including buggies left in the buggy park.
Admission. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission or ask anyone to leave whose behaviour puts the safety or enjoyment of others at risk. Tickets are issued subject to the venue’s rules.
Resale. Tickets resold or transferred for profit by anyone other than the venue, DesignMyNight or their authorised agents may be cancelled, and the holder may be refused entry.
No smoking or vaping in the carriage or the grotto areas,
