Step inside and discover the gaming setup designed for maximum comfort, functionality and good vibes. You’ll have the chance to try out the full YXSTABY collection for yourself while playing feel-good XBOX favourites.

Meet @yammy_xox as she games in the 'Cosy Zone'!
You’ll also get to meet popular gaming creator Yammy, as she takes over the 'Cosy Zone'.

Tickets are £10, but your booking fee will be fully refunded when you attend your session.
A limited number of walk-in spaces will also be available on the day, on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled slot. Late arrivals may have their session time reduced or may not be admitted.

2. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior, during or after the event. The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants, DesignMyNight (WFL Media Ltd) and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.
3. You must present a valid ticket to be admitted. Your ticket is valid only for the specific date and time slot booked.
4. IKEA Limited will process your personal data to manage your registration and attendance at this event. 5. If you can no longer attend, please cancel your booking as early as possible. To cancel, email ikea@hopeandglorypr.com with: (i) your name; (ii) email address; and (iii) ticket or booking number. If you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled start time, we will refund the ticket price to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to be processed.

9. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee whose behaviour is unsafe, inappropriate or disruptive. No refund will be provided in such cases.
10. The promoter, venue management and DesignMyNight accept no responsibility for any personal property.
11. We may need to alter, reschedule, or cancel the Event in exceptional circumstances. If this happens, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer either a refund or a new date. We are not responsible for any other costs you have/may incur in connection with the Event – our liability is limited to the price of your ticket (unless otherwise required by law).
