To celebrate the launch of its brand-new Iced Matcha range, Greggs is opening a one-of-a-kind Pilates studio, Greggs: Matcha & Move, which will be open for a limited time only on Friday 13th and Saturday 14th February in central London.
Book your slot to participate in a Greggs-inspired Pilates session while getting your hands on exclusive merchandise alongside a taste of the new Iced Matchas and, of course, a post-workout Sausage Roll or Vegan Roll (Pork Free).
Each ticket costs a £10 booking fee,
which will be refunded back to you upon attendance of your
session
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled slot. Late arrival may reduce your session time or result in non admission.
This event is strictly open to those with a valid ticket to the booked slot only. There are a limited amount of tickets available, if you can no longer attend please let us know in advance – see event T&Cs for details. If you cancel with at least 48 hours before your scheduled start time, we will issue a refund.
You will be required to sign a release and waiver form on the day.

These terms and conditions apply to your booking of a ticket to the Greggs Matcha and Move event (“Event”). By booking a ticket, you agree to the following:
1. An age restrictions of 18+ applies.
2. Entry to the Event is strictly by ticket only. You must present a valid ticket to be admitted. Your ticket is valid only for the specific date and time slot booked.
3. If you can no longer attend, please cancel your booking as early as possible. To cancel, email greggs@hopeandglorypr.com with: (i) your name; (ii) email address; and (iii) ticket or booking number. If you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled start time, we will refund the ticket price to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to be processed.
4. The £10 ticket price is refundable following attendance at the Event. We will refund the ticket price to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to be processed.
5. All equipment required for the Event will be provided for you.
6. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled slot. Late arrival may reduce your session time or result in non admission.
7. You will be required to sign a release and waiver form on the day. You cannot participate in the Event unless this form is completed.
8. Any personal information you provide will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy, which you can access at https://www.greggs.com/legals/privacy-policy#privacy-policy
9. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee whose behaviour is unsafe, inappropriate or disruptive. No refund will be provided in such cases.
10. We may need to alter, reschedule, or cancel the Event in exceptional circumstances. If this happens, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer either a refund or a new date. We are not responsible for any other costs you have/may incur in connection with the Event – our liability is limited to the price of your ticket (unless otherwise required by law).
