An intentional & embodied journey inwards for women the feeling the call to go deeper.
Connecting you to the wisdom of your feminine energy through creative expression, dance, self-compassion and nourishing conversation.
**Offering an intimate moment that puts a stop to your day-to-day routine, creates clarity, refreshes, reconnects and empowers so that you can return to life feeling embodied and energised.**
On this day retreat you will reconnect and explore new aspects of yourself through movement, nurturing conversations and immersive activities to deepen your connection to yourself and others.

This day retreat will take you on a journey of exploration and self empowHERment.
The focus will be looking at how we lean into change and embrace moving into a new chapter of life, whatever that looks like for you, we will be collaborating with our bodies using them as a tool to deepen our self-awareness and development.
You will be working with the wisdom of your body through guided dance practices inspired by my Caribbean culture and heritage.
What's the vibe?
On this day retreat, you will reconnect and explore new aspects of yourself through movement, nurturing conversations and immersive activities to deepen your connection to yourself and others. Redefining what it means to show up for yourself and to start the journey of embodying the woman you came here to be.
Connect to your self-awareness and development through your body
Have nourishing conversations with like-minded women that empower and inspire you to take up more space
Gain a deeper connection and understanding of your body and find your OWN rhythm
Have a moment for self-reflection through journaling
Safely explore what it means to trust yourself and invite change into your life
Who is it for?
Every woman is welcome if you are interested in self-development & awareness in non-linear ways, this is the space for you!
Do I need to be a dancer?
Not at all! - Every body is welcome in this space, we are focusing on movement, connection and self-expression and self-awareness
Do I need to bring anything with me?
*There will be access to filtered water at the venue, feel free to bring a water bottle
*Please wear something comfortable, that you can dance in, that you feel confident and embodied in!
*There are 2 changing rooms on-site, so you can change and bring layers! We will be on the floor with mats and pillows most of the time, but there are chairs on-site if you require :
*Please bring your favourite journal & pen! make it feel extra special and intentional!
*Please bring a picture of your younger self
*Bring some water hunni, you may sweat a little lol

Hey beautiful soul,
My names Tamara, I'm a healing arts practitioner, facilitator , dancer and coach specialising in all things wellbeing, embodiment, confidence, creativity and self expression! (bit of a mouthful!)
My mission is to guide people back to their most authentic expression by holding nourishing & expansive spaces that support them in deepening their connection to themselves, the natural world and others. I do this through 1 to 1 coaching , group facilitation and immersive retreats!

1. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior, during or after the event. The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants, DesignMyNight WFL Media Ltd and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.
2. Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue.
3. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
10. The venue may operate a No Smoking Policy.
11. The promoter, venue management and DesignMyNight accept no responsibility for any personal property.
12. The event listed on the purchased ticket is strictly for ticket holders who are over 18 years of age. Identification may be required.
