ICHIBUNS brings casual Asian food to the West End.

This tongue-in-cheek restaurant is from the creator of Wagamama and Busaba, and offers up everything from ramen made with king crab and beef to burgers with Asian twists. Burgers are made from wagyu and British grass-fed beef, with options like The Hokkaido which is made from two grilled patties, grilled red onions, sautéed shitake mushroom, truffle oil and blue cheese fondue. There's also crispy Japanese spring rolls, ranging from snow crab to a cheeseburger flavour.

For dessert, there are Ichi Shakes, including the Sakura Blossom made from milk, cherry ice cream, cherries, marshmallows and cherry sauce, as well as interesting additions like green tea profiteroles. They also serve up a variety of Japanese craft beers, including one made from sweet potatoes.
