Description
Paladar is an award-winning creative Latin American restaurant and wine/spirit shop located at St George's Circus, in the heart of London's SE1 district.
Chef Jose Rubio-Guevara's 100% gluten-free sharing plate menu presents authentic flavours in a non-traditional and sometimes unconventional way. Omnivore and vegetarian Tasting Menus (with or without wine pairings) are available on request.
The restaurant features an exclusively Latin American wine, beer, spirits and cocktails list. Occasional wine/spirit tastings and masterclasses are hosted in the Bodega or Amazon Lounge.
The art on the walls is by up-and-coming Latin American artists (or inspired by Latin America) and is all for sale.
Paladar's mission is to showcase the best of Latin American food, drinks, art, music and hospitality in a stylish way to London at large - encouraging discovery of new flavours and unexpected "hidden gem" wines and spirits.
