Lasdun is a modern British brasserie from the pair behind the iconic East London public house, The Marksman.
Nestled in the heart of the National Theatre on London’s South Bank, Lasdun is a hidden gem in central London. Both the a la carte and set menus put a fresh twist on classic British dishes, celebrating seasonal, locally sourced ingredients. The modernist dining room is perfect for business lunches, date nights or celebrations with family and friends.
An intimate private dining room, which seats 10, offers the perfect space for an exclusive celebration, while the restaurant is also available for semi-exclusive (up to 50 guests) and exclusive hire (up to 100 guests, seated).

Lasdun Pie Experience
Celebrate the best of Lasdun with our winter pie experience. Created for two, this curated experience is an elegant way to spend a lunch or dinner at our South Bank restaurant, shaped around good company and great food. Begin with a glass of Veuve Clicquot champagne and small bites at the bar, before settling in at your table to enjoy our signature pie to share, accompanied by two seasonal sides and a glass of wine each. £110 for two guests, excluding service charge, payable on the day. Available for all lunch bookings, plus dinner reservations from 7pm, until 28 February 2026. Please note, this experience is not suitable for gluten-free guests. |
