At the heart of our kitchen is a bespoke, state-of-the-art grill, custom-built and imported from Spain — the foundation of our wood-fired cooking. Our menu showcases exceptional cuts such as Galician Blond beef, alongside standout fish like wild turbot and bluefin tuna, all grilled over open flame to bring out their purest character.

    Chef Adam Iglesias’ culinary journey is a true reflection of heritage, craftsmanship and passion for exceptional flavours. Growing up in a family of chefs, with a mother who taught cookery, Adam’s early exposure to the world of food shaped his approach to cooking. His Basque roots instilled in him a profound respect for high-quality ingredients and authentic flavours, laying the foundation for his career. After honing his skills in prestigious kitchens across Australia and France, Adam returned to Spain to immerse himself in his Basque heritage. There, at the Michelin-starred Alameda in San Sebastián, he refined his expertise in creating simple, ingredient-focused dishes that highlight the natural essence of each flavour. Adam’s journey continued in London, where he worked at some of the city’s most celebrated restaurants, including Brat, Barrafina, and Sessions Arts Club. In these renowned establishments, he perfected his ability to balance tradition with innovation, blending Basque culinary techniques with contemporary British sensibilities.

Our private dining space is located on the first floor and benefits from its own private access via the main entrance.

An inviting room featuring luxurious décor alongside original architectural details, the space is filled with natural daylight. A standout feature is the beautiful custom-built open bar, which can be used to serve your bespoke drinks menu or to showcase centre-piece dishes such as Blue Fin tuna or whole suckling pork.

Seating is fully flexible, and our team can create a table plan to suit your group size and the style of your event. The room works beautifully for intimate lunches and dinners, standing receptions, and business meetings, with AV facilities available.

Prince Arthur’s first-floor space offers privacy and an exclusive atmosphere for all types of events, with the addition of our sharing Basque menus, with food cooked on our wood-grill, elegant wine menus and full event support to ensure a seamless experience.
