Daily deliveries of fresh fish from Cornwall caught by local fishermen. Sea Garden & Grill's warm and friendly staff will guide you through the sharing concept/family style dining experience.

They are dedicated to sourcing the finest ingredients combined with innovative recipes designed by their chefs’ skill and passion for food resulting in unique, contemporary and seasonal dishes.

The cocktail menu will excite and delight visitors with ocean-inspired molecular twists providing guests with an interactive experience that elevates their dining experience. From edible bubbles to serves presented on flowing dry ice and souvenir oyster pearls, the highly innovative cocktail menu is a showstopper. Traditional liqueurs were also replaced with homemade syrups and infusions that were either fresh or in season.
