This summer, The Zetter Bloomsbury launches The Garden Grill, a new chef-led barbecue series celebrating live-fire cooking, seasonal produce and some of London's most exciting culinary talent.
Running from July to September in The Zetter Bloomsbury's secluded garden, the series will see three guest chefs take over the grill for one-day-only events, each bringing their own style, influences and approach to cooking over fire.
The series opens on Sunday 26th July with Lewis de Haas, Group
Executive Chef of Crispin, Bar Crispin, Canal Canal, Studio
Voltaire and Bistro Freddie. Each event will feature a bespoke menu
created exclusively for the series, served alongside carefully
selected drinks in the relaxed surroundings of The Zetter's hidden
garden.
For the opening event, de Haas has created a menu inspired by the height of the British summer, featuring:
-Grilled flat white peaches paired with feta, honey, chilli and pink purslane
-Pork chop with bull's heart tomato, saffron mayonnaise and baked fennel
-Seasonal sides of Grezzina courgettes with anchovies and marjoram, and potato salad with grilled margherita onions, wild garlic and crème fraîche.
-Chilled rice pudding with grilled apricots and pistachio will conclude the meal.
Each course enjoyed by an adult can be paired with a bespoke PATRÓN Tequila cocktail, created exclusively for the event.
Known for his produce-led, ingredient-focused cooking, de Haas has helped establish Crispin, Bar Crispin and Bistro Freddie among London's most respected dining destinations. His approach combines simplicity with precision, allowing seasonal ingredients to take centre stage.

3. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
10. The venue may operate a No Smoking Policy.
