Description
Timber Lodge is a stunning and incredibly unique venue and event space. It was custom-built to be as eco-friendly and energy-efficient as possible whilst blending seamlessly into Queen Elizabeth Olympic park's lush greenery.
The cafe is open daily to welcome both weary Westfield wanderers and locals alike; offering everything from a full-on fry-up to a fresh deli and sandwich menu and home made cakes. Teas and coffees are available as well as a selection of premium wines and beers - perfect to enjoy indoors with a stunning view of the park, or out on the terrace on a summer's day.
They're child friendly too, with plenty of kiddy options on the menu for them to choose from with the added bonus of being positioned right next to Tumbling Bay Playground and some freeplay, outdoor Olympic ping pong tables.
Timber Lodge also has an incredibly bright and airy event space that opens right out onto the manicured parkland. It has its own entrance with the option of an indoor or outdoor dispense bar. With a fantastic selection of everything from casual buffets and BBQs to fine dining and Christmas party menus, they have something to suit every occasion for up to 200 people across both spaces.

The bright and spacious cafe is available for hire in conjunction with, or separately to, the Event Room in the evenings. It is ideal as an overflow area if guest numbers exceed 100; as a welcome area for drinks and canapes before dining in the event space, or as a catchment area for colleagues to have a coffee before a conference or a meeting. The doors open out onto a generous patio with stunning, panoramic views of the park and plenty of outdoor furniture - an ideal space for hosting summer BBQs. There is also the welcome addition of Olympic-sized, outdoor ping pong tables! |

This incredibly flexible nature of this event space means it is fully equipped to cater for everything from conferences to weddings, formal occasions to children's parties. Hire includes trestle tables, chairs and a PA as standard and the option to provide a full bar for the event.
