Alfi bar and restaurant is set in the middle of Spitalfields market with a gorgeous covered terrace overlooking the market.
They specialise in organic and natural wines alongside a full cocktail menu using small-batch spirit producers.
The menu focuses on modern Italian cuisine and is designed for sharing - perfect for groups, events and large parties.
Some traditional recipes such as chilli and garlic prawns are combined with a more contemporary lovage mayo. Sardinian malloreddus pasta with fennel sausage ragu is a perfect preamble to aubergine from the grill garnished with almond ricotta and gremolata.
On the Alfi terrace there are also two boules or 'bocce' courts as well as two dart boards to keep everyone entertained.
