Description
Following the success of his hugely popular pop-up and supper clubs, entrepreneur Max Graham has brought his brand of Portuguese sharing plates and tapas to a permanent home in Southwark.
Having spent his childhood in Porto, Max travelled round Portugal to discover the best dishes the country has to offer. The menu focuses on seafood and meat dishes with specialities such as octopus with sweet potato favas, Bisaro pork ribs with a ruby port glaze and cataplana fish stew.
Wine is Portuguese as well, with several bottles from the family estate, Churchill's Port, on offer.
