The Pride brunch menu will include the likes of samosa chaat with sweet yogurt and tamarind chutney, and slow-braised pork belly with honey and chilli glaze. Baluchi is set in the building's Great Hall, a stunning Victorian room with vaulted ceilings, huge windows, and Hyderabadi hand-crafted glass chandeliers. For a unique take, The Gallery overlooks the dining action from above, and is the perfect place for an Indian-inspired High Chai afternoon tea, with dishes such as chicken kathi rolls and Bombay bhel.
Cognac fans should head straight for the Headmaster's Room, a bar complete with cornicing, grand fireplaces, and soft furnishings, while the Teacher's Bar serves a mix of cocktails. For something a little more casual, The Naan'ery is a quirky naan bread bar that cooks up casual dishes and slick drinks, great for a relaxed date night.
