What they say:

Sophie's Steakhouse and Bar has been a Chelsea stalwart for more than 10 years, and now the renowned restaurant is opening up in Soho. Taking over the former Moulin Cinema, the spot will be an all-day eatery that appeals to both hot-deskers and evening diners. In homage to its history, interiors will include plush velvet booths and high vaulted ceilings. Along with a large, covered outdoor terrace, there will be a private dining room, casual seating, a restaurant and take-away section.

What we say:

Sourcing their meat from the West Country and the founder's farm, Sophie's consistently delivers great meals to West London. With their new Soho opening, diners can expect the same meaty goodies on the all-day menu, along with a first for the restaurant, as the Soho outpost dishes up fish and veggies. Along with beef that's dry-aged and butchered onsite, there will be plates such as Cornish turbot and sorrel butter. The drinks list will be full of classics too; make sure to check out their Martinis which are inspired by American classics.
