Following a trail of hugely successful pop-ups around the capital, the Peruvian food and drink maestros Senor Ceviche have opened their first permanent location. Set in the West End’s Kingly Court, they’re creating a Peruvian playhouse of fun, food and cocktails inspired by chief Harry Edmeades’ experiences working in the best restaurants in Lima.
The focus here is on a fresh new line-up of ceviche dishes, smokey BBQ’d treats, pisco-laced cocktails and chilled Peruvian beers. Authenticity is critical to the team, which is why they've worked tirelessly to source authentic ingredients served against the backdrop of an eclectic programme of latin American music and with Chica street art lining the walls.
A energetic enterprise with noticeable bohemian vibes, Senor Ceviche has room for 60 covers in its restaurant and 15 in the cocktail bar, and is open for lunch and dinner every day of the week.
