Pacific is a Mayfair-based all-day contemporary Japanese restaurant serving a carefully curated menu of sashimi and small plates. The first London restaurant for acclaimed Australian Chef Shaun Presland, this sleek spot specialises in market-fresh fish, and natural Australian wines.
Located at 10 Heddon Street (the former home of Magpie), the menu here boasts dishes such as lobster tails served with umami banging sauce, spring onion and dancing tuna flakes, and monkfish katsu sando garnished with a dollop of mustard mayo and bulldog sauce.
After training with some of the world's finest Japanese chefs, Shaun Presland spent seven years mastering sushi techniques and receiving international critical success for his work at Saké, Nobu and Carousel.
