At its heart, the menu celebrates simplicity: British and Japanese ingredients are elevated over open flames, while hand-crafted sushi nods to tradition with a sleek, contemporary edge. Lunch and dinner feature the full a la carte alongside seasonal claypot bowls, available lunchtime only, while the sushi counter serves up sashimi, hand rolls, maki, and nigiri - including a speedy one-hour Omakase Lunch, Tuesday to Friday.

The drinks list is equally considered. Biodynamic and low-intervention wines from small-scale producers sit alongside curated sake and shochu, and the cocktail menu takes inspiration from Japanese techniques and the best local ingredients.

For something more intimate, the Yutori private dining room seats up to 18 guests, perfect for celebrations or group gatherings. Meanwhile, The Listening Room - MOI’s lower-ground hideaway - pairs vinyl grooves with small plates, sushi, and adventurous drinks. Thursdays to Saturdays, expect open decks, DJ residencies, and Friday ‘Onsen’ nights: meditative, underground sets to ease you into the weekend.
