Joining the likes of Dirty Bones and Le Bab, Darjeeling Express is the latest opening in Soho's Kingly Court. Located on the second floor of the complex, the restaurant serves a delicious medley of Indian cuisines, all inspired by founder Asma Said's ancestry and life.

The self-taught chef has spent the last four years running Darjeeling Express as a supper club and this is her first permanent opening. The menu is seasonal and varied with influences from Asma's home city Calcutta, her mother's Bengali heritage and influences from her father's Northern Indian roots. Expect dishes such as lamb dum biryani, Calcutta chicken chaap and paneer korma.
