Corazon

Description

Specialising in all things taco and creating their tortillas fresh in store, the team behind Corazon serve up flavoursome fillings and complex ingredient combinations, framed by the walls of a crispy, light taco shell.

With years of experience in London's restaurant scene, head chef Paul Daniels and restaurateur Laura Sheffield present locals up to ten signature tacos, plus a handful of daily specials and potent cocktails. With fillings including the likes of confit of duck in root beer, served with pickled onion, coriander and salsa verde, and citrus steak, served with roasted garlic and jalapeno crema, visitors can expect to be bombarded with stunning tastes and palatable sensations.

If that wasn't enough, the weekends at Corazon are all about delicious Mexican-inspired brunch. Think Huevos Benedict, divorced eggs and buttermilk blue corn pancakes served with caramelised bananas and cajeta.

  • A word from the chef:

Corazon’s vibrant Botanas (snacks), Tostadas, signature Tacos, and larger Platos Mayores (big plates) are prepared entirely on the premises, utilising handmade salsas, spice blends and moles, and slow, flavourful cooking processes. This is hearty, honest cooking where flavour and fun take priority.
